it's a mix of improv and bits and pieces that he has thought about before... Kind of like a freestyle rapper usually has rhymes that they mix into their freestyle. i base this on watching Theo on multiple podcasts and standup shows and sometimes he repeats the same pieces.... BEFORE YOU DOWNVOTE ME! IM NOT SAYING THERE'S ANYTHING WRONG! I LOVE THEO AND IT FEELS LIKE HE FREESTYLES MORE THAN MOST COMEDIANS, EXCEPT MAYBE JOEY DIAZ :D

One time I had some killer weed (shout out to Portland) and I got my one of my friends high and he started to freak-out and said "I cant feel my legs!" He got stuck inside the car and couldn't get out for a hour or so while myself and the others went into eat at Burger-King (we brought him out a meal)...Even till now I didnt know if he was for real, now I believe it was true.
