1/350 Russian navy Tsesarevich Battleship 1917
(Imperial Russian Navy Crown Prince, 1917)
The battleship Crown Prince (Russian: Цесаревич) was a former dreadnought ordered from France by the Imperial Russian Navy, who fought in the Russo-Japanese War and world war I.
The ship is 118.5 meters long, 23.2 meters wide, has a draft depth of 7.92 meters, and has a design displacement of 13,105 tons. In appearance, the ship is a typical French design, and the parts above the waterline of the hull are significantly tilted. This is because the ship has increased the armor protection area in response to the requirements of the Russian side, and has set up turrets for all the secondary guns, which has brought about the problem of too high a center of gravity and overweight, and the inverted hull has become an inevitable choice. The narrow deck of the inverted hull allows for a lower center of gravity, which in turn allows the ship to adopt a high dry port design, and can reduce the ship's rolling in high sea conditions; at the same time, it helps to expand the gun firing range.
After more than a month of hard work, we finally completed this masterpiece, looking at the ships in the acrylic box, the golden light shone brightly, although there were many difficulties encountered in the process, but these were worth it
