hi, how did you get the broken piece from the cylinder ?

I drive the car with the broken piece, if you watch the video I mentioned that after 3 days of driving the plug was pushed out and the engine started to run badly. I stopped and installed the new plug. The chance that the plug to be pulled in the engine is very small because the compression of the piston is several times higher then the intake stroke.
