this looks great looking to do it myselk but with a VA insted of the VB, is it nessecary for the vaccum resivour, just currently trying to get my head on plumbing in the n75 valve

@@stephenbrook9085 Yeah I try to post whenever I find something interesting to show. The rebalance has been done by a specialist who normally rebalance the whole assembly (crank pulley, crank, flywheel with clutch and pressure plate) but I gave him my original one and told him to get the same imbalance. Yes in my country there is only one guy who does this it's in Brussels.

1.4tdi had remap from 80ps to 120ps + popcorn limiter but on low rpm a car dont want to goo only on 1.9-2.2rpm the turbo pushes... whats the probmel please??

hey, i plan doing a similar thing, I've read that the VB turbo has some lag with the 1.4tdi so I've wondered if it's the best idea to put a VB instead of a VA/V turbo. Any thoughts? Plan to put PD130 injectors with it and a larger intercooler. Already have a custom 2.3" exhaust
Hello, A good VB spools good but i found it a bit laggy. Now I have 1752 and it's very slow in response time. A 1749VB with MFS compressor wheel should spool very good i guess otherwise a 1749VA should get you to a good 130hp

Hello. I have seat arosa with arl turbo And injectors v10, map 3 bar, gearbox jdd but i have a problem. my arosa has no abs and the speed reading is on the sensor on the gearbox. sensor does not fit on new gearbox (jdd). what do you advise me to do?
You are the man! How much power could one get from 550cc ARL injectors and stock turbo? I only did an ECU tune on my AMF engine, and stock injectors seems to be the first limit.. Thanks!
Hello, thank you ! My engine which is BNM had really small injectors but your AMF has I think 465cc which for me are enough for the stock turbo. You should get around 120-125 maybe with smoke and with the VB and 550cc around 160 big max

@@marco6028 Higher soi with low pressure and smaller injectors is not that bad. Did you check channel 4 to be sure ? Stock intercooler is going to reduce injection because of IAT. I'm running 26.5 SOI, 38 duration with 2.7bar for 150+hp, 550cc obviously. Your turbo can run safe at 2.3bar. That's true you might need to upgrade injectors for bigger flow

Hello, the gt1749v is a vnt15, va and vb are vnt17, va is the turbo found in tdi130 and vb in tdi 150/160. The differences are the wheels size. If you want a tune to retrofit a vnt turbo, contact me on my email mate
This is the original flange for this turbo, mine was a fixed geometry so I had to cut it out from my downpipe and solder this one instead. You can also just find a stock vnt downpipe with cat. hello. I am curious about your gearbox. i have heard that the 1.4tdi gearbox is very weak. did you need any special modifications for the gearbox to be able to do 150hp?
Forum guys tend to make up their own ideas about engines strength coming out of nowhere and relay that up to everybody. Seriously, 130 hp is 230Nm @ 4000 and around 280 Nm down low. In other words, this is nothing. I've seen from a tuner putting 212 hp and 370Nm on a stock engine. 1.4 rods are just about the same as pd100 engines they are pretty solid.

@@CarRemap so better spool up AND higher flowrates for more power. Sounds like a great deal to me. How much is possible with the stock turbo if you want it to be smoke free
