Mechanics are like Chefs ,Doctors and other high level skilled professionals... Sometimes you wish you had the better one for a more confident feeling as you watch what they do, how they do it, and overall how they conduct themselves. No Joking as they do the process. Ill take a crack at this coz have the same car (not mods) but to reach 1400 in our cars requires ALOT of work/money. From the factory our 376ci can handle 900. To hit 1400 It was definitely pulled and built with cam and heads , likely a 416 or 427... our biggest issue is fuel . Going over 900-1000 requires a full port injection kit($6-7k) with injectors that will allow him to run full e85. I know he’s running meth as well.. since he’s procharged im sure it’s the big boy which is a D1X which runs up to 32psi. Even then he’s had to upgrade the tranny, rear end /axles and eventually he’ll need a rear wheel 15” Carlyle conversion because the smallest wheel we can run is 18” .no way he’ll hook on a 18”.
@@chaznad5411 d1X is smaller than an f1X and I’d say f2is bigger than both of them like if you want more than 1600-1800 wheel is f2 or bigger if close to 2k hp
1400WHP not nearly enough to drive around town in, One could get to the grocery store much faster with 1600/1700, just remember to deploy the shoot before you get to the parking lot
Anything 1400 horsepower is a monster, I don't care what anyone says. Unless your pushing 2k horsepower & figured the suspension out on how 2 make that 2k hook that 1400 horsepower is a monster

Must be nice, 1400hp but it can do more. Not hating at all just in wow mode. Would have been nice to see you test drive it but I like how you respect the cars and the customers wishes. Keep making and repairing these high horse power monsters.
If he can hook and get a hood 60 this will run mid to low 7 all day. You only need 900-1000 whp in a zo6 to run mid 8 and 800-850 whp with a stall converter to run high 8
That blower is about maxed out. You’re at the brink. You may can fool with the timing and add a lb or two but for all intents and purposes. That’s all the steam that’s left in that setup.
Beautiful car I had the same spec but mine had red interior unfortunately it was stolen and totaled last summer as part of a local car thief thing for kids to get into a gang here in Chicago
