This is helpful, request you to do a video on script include from basic to advance. I'm always confused how control and values flows and information passes from script include to client script and what are the uses of various statement we use at both the sides(like param, documentID etc). Thanks Sir .. I am facing issue in implementing Parent client script. I did exactly same you did on orlando version. but still the error message is not populating with incident number. These practical examples videos are really helpful in learning servicenow

Hi if i am using the cmdb_ci_server in the script include i am getting the null values means not getting any data in description. if i use cmdb_ci only i am getting the data but only the asset tag with particular data but remaining getting the junk data i did exactly the same, but i am not getting the correct data. please help me out.
