Thank you very much Stephen for all your hard work and sharing great content. What you are explaining in this video by using e-mail automation works very well in conjunction with native advertising in order to create brand awareness.
Thanks, Stephen. Email automation is of value if your target audience reads your emails. We have noticed an opening rate of less than 10%. Most of the time Gmail (which most people use today) puts your email newsletters under Promotions, and people rarely ever read their promotional emails. What is the fix for that?
Better, more engaging content and trimming your list of cold subscribers. Our open rates are between 40-50% with over 25k subscribers, but we have deleted more subscribers than we have
Could you please make a video about working with clients who are not willing to dig deep to come up with good answers during the discovery and strategy phase? Or maybe how to motivate/inspire them to do so? I asked a client what are 3 competitors' IG account their ideal client would follow and they responded "Good question." What am I supposed to do with answers like these?
Some clients love to be in the trenches while others are more hands off. A workshop is an opportunity to collaborate though the outcome is only as good as the input. I'd preface the workshop with the items you'll discuss to give them a chance to think and I'd also be armed with a minimum amount of information before going in so you have some insights already to work with. With all experiences, learn from the client, and adjust your processes to pre-empt these problems in future (Then rinse and repeat until you've ironed out these niggling issues) - Hope this helps Carly 👍
Thank you for the helpful video. I'm about to start my brand awareness. My business is Consumer Finance. I'm looking for tips on how can I lunch this kind of business.
Hi , thanks alot for your demo I need to get the customers response to the awarenes campaign, is it possible by publishing a questionnaire for example?
The problem now is so many brands are doing email automation, so customers find it difficult paying attention to all. How do you now get Infront of all that competition.
Make your emails better than theirs... grab attenton with headlines, make the content personal, entertaining, informative, brief and keep them engaged throughout
By email automation you mean email marketing right? And by having an email list I assume you're referring to a lead gen campaign to gather some emails so we could then use email automation? What about using ads for traffic and then retargeting website visitors? Wouldn't that be a good brand awareness startegy?
Automated email marketing yes, and a list is gathered emails yes.......a paid ads campaign could be effective... yes... you could also dovetail that strategy with an email automation strategy so you're not asking for the sale but the email (The automation will later ask for the sale) ... this might prove more cost effective
Im little confused email automation is for customer who already know about your brand and choose to get the email right? So can we call it brand awareness strategy when brand awareness is a way to get infront of people that dont know about your brand. Am I missing something here?
Just because someone sees the name of your brand once, doesn't mean they have awareness about who your brand is, what it does or how it can help... Awareness is built up over multiple touchpoints and multiple messages
There are plenty of stats to back up that email is still one of the most effective marketing channels... We have to be careful in making assumptions that our audience is like us
