Hi, I cannot use this addon. I followed the documentation but it doesn't help, there is no "Install Requirements" button. Blender gives the error "Module not found error : no module named "pyautogui"". Other addons install easy, but this one has an error.
A known issue was reported recently and it was concluded that this addon doesn't work with blender version 3.6.4 LTS, and should work with other versions.
Hey is this compatible with older versions of 3dsmax? I'm specifically using 3ds max R3.1 and when I try to export it to max it opens up MAXScript Listener and prompts me to choose a Script file. If it's not compatible at all do you know any other way to import stuff from blender into an older version of max like this?
I haven't tried it so I can't tell if it works with R3.1, although it's dependent on FBX, so if R3.1 Can import FBX, it should work fine, you can Try manually exporting and importing if R3.1 Has import FBX, as for the addon though, try to search for and select a file called script.ms in the folder that maxscript opens and prompts you to choose from, a file called script.ms should be created there, Hope you find a solution, Cheers!

@smsaq4u there is an issue with dependencies not being installed in 4.2 due to system privileges, I'm Working on an upcoming release where hopefully all of these issues will be resolved Currently it can be solved by running an administrative shell in blender python directory, and using pip to install the dependencies
this doesn't involve baking, if you have procedurally made any textures you need to bake them first, if you have the texture files they should be exported.
if the textures are linked in the materials and stored on your drive, they should be transferred over at least most of them if not all, I didn't really give it a hard test to give a full answer though.
