@@benm628no I drink green tea every night ... I can sleep good...just don't drink when your going to sleep maybe after dinner and hour.or two before sleeping..

All good But often that up in front belly is from skipping meal, decreased estrogen in woman as they age and hard to lose
It does, this is an old remedy my granny use to make. She had cancer for 14 yrs of my life, and this among many she used, and shared with myself. Thankful she did 2 yrs ago, I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and this among many remedies I saw her make hundreds of times, allowed me to drop 160 pounds, my ph level went back to normal, and no more surprise tumors. I’ve been drinking a cup of Lemon-Ginger tea with honey every night before bed for the past 5 months. Without any other changes in diet or exercise I lost 18 pounds in three weeks! I was drinking it to sooth my stomach, and didn’t know what other affects it would have on me.

I'm not trying to be rude by asking this or anything, so please don't take it that way, I'm truly curious, if honey is made from pollen and pollen is from plants how come it's not vegan?
I was just wondering because I know honey is made by bees for bees, and their health can be sacrificed when it is harvested by humans, but harvesting honey does not correlate with The vegan Society's definition of veganism.....

2 days in and I am less bloated but what I love is it helps with my arthritis from a spinal energy. It is doing the same for my husbands shoulder pain. That alone is worth it.
Brandy Baranoski It isn’t horrible, it is just different than tea for sure. I used extra cinnamon double plus fresh ginger grated. I also have use raw honey. The texture is what I had to get use to because of the pulp from the lemon but the taste is fine.

Suerenae Austin I am doing it 3 times a week and I have lost 5 pounds so far but I am also walking 3 miles a day 5 times a week. I will say that before the Matcha I was only losing about 1.5 pounds a month. I cannot say if the Matcha alone would do as much for weight loss. For me the pain relief is the best part. I herniated a disc in my neck 3years ago following with whiplash from a car accident and it has been a rough life since. The Matcha is helping me a lot or the combination....all are good for arthritis and inflammation.
I’ve been drinking the cayenne, ginger, pepper, cinnamon, lemon, turmeric & honey tea on daily basis... I absolutely love this tea. I’m type 1 diabetic and have been trying to get rid of the extra pounds..., I hike daily and work hard in my garden, I also work part time cleaning new construction and AirBnB’s. I’m far from lazy. I struggle with my weight, my typical weight is 135 , currently at 155 and very uncomfortable with it. I have stopped all white flour, white rice, white sugar, pasta, bread...very minimal meat, I’m in my 60’s and dealing with menopause, which sucks! I’m not taking hormone supplements. I survived stage 4 cancer TWICE. I’m just trying to figure out what more I can do to get it right and possibly get 20 plus years with my grandchildren and great children
Prayers for your success. Wow fought cancer twice?! If it was the same type keep researching more about it. But sounds like you are doing all the major things you should. It's your hormones causing the weight gain and hopefully you will be done with menopause soon and feel better.

I'm eager to try this. First, I have 3 questions. 1) Can I make it in the morning and keep it in the fridge until an hour before bedtime? 2) If so, should it be warmed up before drinking? 3)If the answer to #1 is yes, then can I make a quart at a time to use for 4 days and keep it in the fridge?

Chiropractors are a strange lot. I suspect that most of them are very well-meaning and want to do something related to health but, finding themselves unable to get into a medical school, they elect to study what is demonstrably non-sensical instead. Many of them must wise-up and, rather than living the lives of quacks, find something else to do. I would expect this is a good and decent person who no longer traffics in chiropractic. (This way, he doesn't have to talk to people about subluxations - a wholly feeble-minded concept - and feel like an ass when he does so.) But, do keep some perspective here: His title, Doctor, is utterly meaningless given his line of work and should not be assumed to mean he has an aptitude for what he does not does it mean he has any board-certified training either. I would really prefer that he make a name for himself and drop the Dr. and the DC because they offer only the illusion of reputability. (Truly, there must be thousands of these fellows, reformed chiropractors, holding forth on topics requiring a breadth of knowledge that the greatest polymaths and savants ever born could not profess.)

Thanks Dr. Mandel. I am 70 years old and recently reduced my caffeine intake to one cup of Darjeeling black tea every morning. I am sleeping better and have more energy. I also started fasting for 48 hours, twice a month with great results. I was doing intermittent fasting of 18 hours per day and also continue that but the 48 hour fast is much more beneficial. I have lost a little weight and have way more energy to exercise. I have used some of your other techniques with success such as peroxide in the ears and self massage at base of the skull. Tried:- 1-Dates with curcumin in a boiling water. Pour in a tea cup wait and drink it warm. 2- Dates with blackseed and saffron via a cup of water. 3- Honey and a cup of water. 4- include some celery
Lucky to be one of the first viewers of this video.. This with intermittent fasting combined helped me to lose 26lbs over 13 months with very little exercise(89 kgs when I started in 2019 Nov and now at 77kg in 2020 Dec)..I fast from 7pm to 8am everyday..I do maintain that 13 hrs gap incase if I happened to eat anything after 7..Also I am using organic ginger powder instead of fresh ginger.. hope it helps others

Doc, you are amazing, and thanks for sharing all the information, I normally don't subscribe or put comments, but after watching your videos I had too!! I was smoking almost 2 packs everyday and vaping and drinking at least 8-10 cups of coffee everyday, BP was sky high, now I quit smoking, no more coffee or junk food, and start watching your videos and start correcting few other things!! Well done! You are inspiring! Your words are so encouraging! I have recently quit smoking after getting covid and have zero desire to start up again. The thought of it makes me sick and I am on day 21 without a cigarette. I feel so much better for it and will never smoke again. I went completely cold turkey and threw out every last trace of cigarettes, lighters and ash trays in my home and do not miss it at all. I’m going to try the good Dr’s recipe tonight 😊

Gina K there’s no magic if anything it’ll burn some calories maybe 30-70 at most and also your metabolism isn’t it’s slowest when sleeping it’s actually faster and burning more rather than when just sitting down thus making this “magic” drink useless
So many belly slimming recipes. Where should I start? I actually did start 2 weeks ago with morning shots of evoo, lemon juice, cayenne and honey. Down 9 lbs. That is right, you never take green tea before you go to bed, unless is decaffeinated..the only thing to burn fat at night time while you sleep is a conduction of certain amino acids 3 hours after dinner, I had mentioned this in my videos..this recipe that this man is giving should be taking it on empty stomach, only in the morning, the reason is because lemon should be consumed on a completely empty stomach on order to activate detoxification of liver and body..taking lemon at night after already having dinner which the intestinal tract is in the process of digesting all this food, lemon won't be any use for doing purpose.
So you just going to dismiss it instead of actually trying it... Sounds about right. humanity lets us down yet again... You can give them the keys of life but they are not willing to turn them...
I did this exact drink about a year ago and added 1 tablespoon of acv and it works! I lost 17 lbs in one month and it’s always so hard for me to be consistent and lose weight but once I started seeing the scale dropping by a pound every other day I was hooked!

I am waiting for my tea powder to come, I have all the other ingredients so when that gets here, I will be starting to do this. Certain exercises are difficult for me I have multiple brain aneurysms, January 2018 I had to have a craniotomy to do a clipping on the main cerebral aneurysm, I have gained a lot of weight over the past several years from all of this, I am also blind, and losing my hearing. But I keep going. I cannot wait to try this, I know it's not full proof without exercise and eating right, I do have an elliptical bike and a stairstepper that I do use.
Wow it's funny that you mention all these ingredients. I got the flu a month ago and I'm a BIG coffee drinker but I just couldn't stomach it during this time. I opted to drink tea and all I had at hand at the time was ginger,lemons,cinnamon sticks and apple cider vinergar. Wow! This really works. I've been drinking Matcha for couple of months now and I can see and feel the difference. I'm more concentrated and have no stress. I sleep better and I've lost some fat from my belly . Around an inch so far.

In that booklet I read: Green tea is not a drink before bedtime since the caffeine can disturb your sleep. It contains the amino acid of L-Theanine which makes you awake and concentrate better. The best time to drink is around two hours before bedtime because this is the lowest metabolism moment and the green tea can increase it.

this really works amazing, my brother used ginger and lemon for only a week and we were all able to see the changes then i also tried it amazingly worked for me too.
I see slot of comments saying they're going to try this, but none of them coming back to tell if it actually works. This concoction must therefore cause some sort of amnesia.
