Michael Myers has been through a lot of trouble; he was shot, hit by a car, set on fire. And in Halloween: Resurrection, he had to face Busta Rhymes in a starring role. Rhymes plays the part of the extremely annoying Freddy Harris. And apparently not even The Shape can handle so much awfulness. Say all you want about Rob Zombie's remake, but at least he saved Michael from ever facing this guy again in a sequel. And that is worth at least something.

Sometimes a good movie or franchise brings us characters that get on your nerve the moment they appear on screen. In The Worst Horror Characters Top 5, The Springwood Slasher shows five of the most annoying characters in horror cinema.

3. Kia Waterson (Freddy vs Jason)

This movie was pretty bad, but i have to say, it was kind of fun to see Busta go all Bruce Lee on Michael Myers. I got a good laugh out of it back then, and i still do.

Busts Rhymes was so atrocious and his character was so over the top and stupid that the entire series had to be rebooted. Michael Myers went from the unstoppable shape to getting Kung fu kicked in the face by a rapper. Sad....

He shouldn't have given Michael any trouble whatsoever. A supernatural immortal serial killer should have easily killed some dumbass who copies kung fu moves from films. The only reason they had Michael constantly tilt his head in confusion was to make it look like Busta / Freddie had a chance. If the film hadn't been made just to pander to Busta Rhymes's ego Michael would have killed Freddie the instant he saw him wearing his mask and overalls.

Xehanort10 So why was Michael having a hard time beating Laurie in H20, a woman? He’s supernatural, he would’ve killed her instantly right? What about when Loomis beat Michael with a 2x4?

IMO I think busta was good in this movie & also some of the reasons why these people hatin is because they dont want to see their favorite killer get his ass beat by a black man !

No. It has nothing to do with him being black. It's the fact that he's a guy Michael should have easily killed yet was the one to beat him in the end. An immortal supernatural serial killer should have had no trouble whatsoever with some random guy who copied martial arts moves from films he watched. Instead they embarrassed Michael by having Freddie kick him through a window and get hung from a cable as well as having Freddie shove an electrical wire into Michael's balls causing him to fall backwards getting caught in the wires of the computers in the burning garage. Just to give Freddie a distraction they had Michael act stupid and tilt his head in confusion whenever he saw him. If Freddie wasn't a Marty or Gary Stu Michael would have stabbed him to death when he first saw Freddie dressed in his mechanic's overalls and mask.

I hated this guy. Especially the film making it look as if watching a few kung fu films made him some sort of martial arts master. Michael repeatedly stabbing him in the shoulder should have killed him. If you think about if Freddie's indirectly responsible for all the deaths because if he hadn't set up his Dangertainment web show in the Myers house the kids wouldn't have gone in there and been killed by Michael for being in there. Instead of just killing him Michael kept doing confused head tilts whenever he saw Freddie as if to say "Who do you think you are? Jackie Chan?"

Xehanort10 No...he states that he's taking classes. Halloween died when 6 came out anyway, and there's been way worse characters than Freddie. I personally liked his character just because he added some sort of comedy that I enjoyed

In all honesty, the character wouldn't have been so bad had they not tried to turn him Rambo at the end of the movie. The movie was bad enough as it is but then it crossed the line into absolute ludicrousness at that point. It became "Scary Movie" all of a sudden.

Gotta agree with hocuspocus141....Totally agree with everyone on this list 100%, EXCEPT for Evil Ed from "Fright Night"...he was one of the many things that made that movie so great, charming, and funny. C'mon, you mean to tell me Ethel, Junior, or Joey from Friday the 13th part 5 weren't more annoying than Evil Ed???? Or what about Shelley from part 3? Love all your other videos too by the way!! One of my favorite RU-vidrs! :)

@coolerruler1 I remember that. I think the the title was Friday the 13th: The Halloween Nightmare. The plot was Freddy uses Michael to kill Jason, who has been killing on Elm St and Crystal Lake. Michael and Jason end up fighting, but they end up in Freddy's world, where they double team him. There were more kills in it then in FvJ. Seems interesting.

The whole cast of Halloween Ressurection apart from Jamie Lee Curtis was bad. Am I the only one that liked both Rob Zombie's Halloween remakes. Those were the only remakes I liked because he wasn't being disrespectful with them or totally ignoring the classics like a certain other person I could mention.. You can tell Rob Zombie is a horror fan and he has nothing but respect for the genre and the fans

It thought it was bad enough when LL Cool J starred in H20 and did'nt get killed but the whole Halloween series really jumped the shark when Busta Rhymes starred in it, it felt like it was a BET made film instead.

@94thinfantryvideos He wasn't that realistic in the classics in the classic Halloween he was shot 6 times a knitting needle was stuck in his neck also stabbed. The sequel which I didn't like preferred Rob's version shot again walk through glass shot in both eyes then when he was on fire he was still walking and the other classic sequels he was run over shot again bashed about electrocuted et I would say more robotic then realistic lol still like the classic the remakes and 4 to resurrection et
