You can have lemon and apple cider vinegar together and it’s been a huge help. I squeeze have a lemon, a table spoon of Braggs apple cider vinegar and a pinch of cinnamon and it’s knocked my arthritis inflammation out. And I went from prediabetic to no sugar issues. I take it half hour before breakfast
