I just find your channel, but in my opinion you forgot one of the most effective one, it hurts your face alot and your ego. The good old butch spencer slap, bitch slap, so many names for it. It has helped me alot, it's one of the best moves used in a crowd against a thug, bully,.. You can see on the face when you someone with it, and it's goiing like, did you realy did that, come on, and in most cases they even let the tears roll. Had to use it a few times, and for 90% that move have helped me
THE PIT Online Dojo , thank you for the piece of advice, sir! Each of your thoughts on combat sports is a piece of gold. There is a problem in my case- theoretically I should use palm strikes instead of punches, because I don't condition my knuckles constantly, but when I spar without gloves or hit a wall for instance there is no problem. So I keep wondering what I should stick to. :)
