This doc never lets me down. I went right on amazon and ordered the oil. I am recovering from covid. Right now, I've tested negative, but I still have an infection in my lungs cause stuff keeps coming up. I have an audition on Tuesday, and I need my voice and lungs to work. So, I've been steaming and steaming coughing up stuff nose is ok. Not as nasally thank God. little bit of a cough but a lot better. I'm doing whatever I have to to crush this audition. Thanks Doc!

I just did this I put oregano and peppermint oil in hot water and inhale the steam. I used an old electric kettle and it seems to channel the steam very well to where you can inhale it easy. Great idea!

I've seen this all over the place, and I also know too you are what you eat. The environment affects people, and if you think this is crazy I've had what looks like slugs up in my sinuses. Been doing a lot of praying and finally that stuff is come out because I've not been able to trust the medical people at all. I'm thankful for what he's saying I can't remember his name right now cuz I've got a lot of stuff going on and trying to do this quickly. Thank you so much sir for sharing these videos and then really more than you know helpful in helping me remember things that even somebody else when everybody else walked away help me through. And then we were helping each other learn. But I've seen stuff in the air I even just saw a video below this one in the feed that I'm looking at that says basically their stuff in the water. I've known that for years even though I didn't fully understand everything. Even during the summer I saw and it was not just stuff that would be coming off the trees you know like the fluff from dandelions or other things this look like actual snow coming down and I closed the window very quickly. I know for a fact there's stuff in the water because even where I live even though they say that they've got a filtration system FYI it does not always work. When people become so greedy and there's a lot of other things that I don't fully understand that I've heard some say conspiracy theory and all this other stuff when I'm experiencing stuff being sick even just taking a shower or drinking the water or even drinking bottled water it gets crazy. They say this stuff is from springs and all that kind of stuff whether or not that's true there's another Factor plastic especially if you got it in your home you've got stuff where there's animals and other stuff and even with the plastic bottled stuff that's packaged and sent out after sitting in warehouses and how it's packaged and all that animals poop and pee on this stuff it gets into the bottled water because of the acid or whatever it is same thing at home and believe me I have been sick from this in a lot of other things. If we don't work together and help each other through a lot of this stuff it's not going to get any better. Sharing this information while we can because of some people put some of this stuff may disappear and a lot of stuff is coming soon that there may be not enough stuff to be able to deal with and people are going to be greedy here than what they were before and what they are now. That's just what I understand and what's going on from my experiences and it's crazy But there still is hope it's everybody's choice on what they believe but there still is Hope

Good to know about using oregano. But FYI, you may also use Vicks vapor rub and drop some of that in the boiling water and mix it up. Breathe in with a towel covering around your face the same way to open up those airways when your nose is completely congested. Blessing Dr. Mandell and everyone reading this.

I always use oregano when I feel like I'm getting sick. Then I do a homemade medicine whiskey, lemon, ginger, garlic, honey, and peppermint. It's quite good and kills a cough really well too.

I believe in herbs and oils, and so I always keep it on hand to include organic cold pressed Black Oil Seed as well.

Haven’t tried oil. Love fresh. My sister has chronic cough, cold, runny nose. We can’t grow it fast enough. Thankfully she is not with shot but she lives a very bad life, doesn’t eat right, etc. I pray she changes her life.
