Xylitol, good diet, oral hygiene, natural mouthwash and hydroxyapatite toothpaste, Vit D3 and k2. These are all things I've started thanks to your channel. The dentist said my gums looked great and much less tartar than last time. I've switched to a medium toothbrush to help strengthen my gums too.
I have switched to a carnivore diet and now I hardly get any buildup at all. Previously I ate a healthy diet but did include healthy carbs. I got quite alot of buildup. Now I am zero carb.
How much water for the recipe? I started eating cheese daily , just a serving or two. Cheeses like gouda, parmesan, cheddar have higher amounts of k2 compared to other cheese. This form of k2 is more easily digested / absorbed. I swear that cheese , and brushing more often, has helped reduce my tartar buildup :)
@@EvolveDentalHealing I think it depends on how much is used too. A little would definitely go along ways. I personally only use water and rarely get buildup now that I eat a carnivore diet.
