Pretty sure the brand un-gating is based on the age of your account. I sold 25 items in 2016 and now in 2022 I get approved for all the Brands I apply for.. It does not make any sense but it made me jump right back in on FBA. Keep it up!
Easy way to start, get an eBay account, go to stores like these type them into eBay or scan. If it’s selling a decent amount for a good price where you’ll make profit. Buy the lot and wack them on eBay, take a little time to get good pictures, good title, good description etc… and send off once sold
How do tackle price tanking? Do you set a minimum ROI in repricer? If yes, what would be your minimum ROI you would go down to the max? Because I see you buying items making only 30-40% ROI but price tanking would drop that to 5-10%
Pretty sure there is more to that story there than just bought from tkmaxx then got banned . Was the item ip ? Did you use a scanning app ? Was it your first item and super high value ?
@@NikosMarko if you only have I.e 5 products wouldn’t it be more expensive for you to ship to Amazon and make them store it? Instead of you shipping it to the customer yourself?
Great video, I haven't long started selling books on Amazon. What would you suggest be the next step up from books? I'd be gated in most catergories wouldn't I
Is it possible to do this without buy bot pro? I’m starting this week and I want to keep my Costs as low as possible while I try it out. Could you do it through the seller app or is it just guesswork without other apps? Thanks!
Loved the video! Inspirational haha the buy bot app for double checking prices is extortionate on the apple store and a subscription, could you recommend an alternative? Thank you!
you really dont want to get stuck with dead stock or stung by ip claim i would recommend bbp bit.ly/3nm1xAL or selleramp selleramp.idevaffiliate.com/255.html
hi mate found your video after googling ive seen in the US there is a guy buying pallets of branded stuff ( first was 7 k worth of sharpie pens to sell as FBA and now has 4 warehouses selling just wholesale branded items so no need to promote, whats your thoughts on this? I want to start and have the capital
But the but bot pro and put the skull per skid and see if it's worth it.. and or we can partner and I can help with extreme advertising including target fb ads using ai and podcast/tv station like Netflix's. . I have the entire package and I the process of gaining an amazon account.. but fb/instagram/youtube..and now tv like Netflix.. it's coming from all sides
as a new seller on amz can I go and pick up any profitable product and list it on amz? or is there a concept of ungating it first then we are allowed to sell
Hi mate, what category of products would you recommend for a new seller to get sales and then get in to toys category and stuff, other than books? Cheers
Also when i apply to get approve for an item how long i need to wait to get approved? As when i scan the item again it just keeps saying you need approval
I always make the mistake of leaving a bag in the car whenever i shop at tkmaxx...its an absolute nightmare scanning with one hand and juggling 5 or 6 items in the other! 😅
Have you had any problems before with Amazon asking for proof of purchase? I’ve heard that sometimes they like invoices from your supplier and don’t really like receipts from shops. I’ve read all this from Reddit and whatnot so it may not be quite right. How has it been for you in the past?
If you start slowly with books and keep good traction before start applying for ungates ( so like 100 sales ) they want trouble you . I never have been bothered
@@NikosMarko Like list them as used books sort of thing? The stuff I want to sell isn’t gated for me I’m just worried they’ll do a random check on where I acquired my stuff from and supposedly they don’t always like receipts.
Oh yes for the last four years 3 years as self assessment then 1 year as limited company . As soon as you get 1k profit you need to think about doing it for sure
@@sahab999 most places provide vat receipt when you ask , anything over 250 you need to get an invoice - so simply email them with your receipt details
Hi Nicolas, really enjoy your videos and they are very informative. Can I ask you a quick question? Has amazon ever asked you for a proof of purchase (not for ungate but random check)? Do you know giving them a receipt (but not invoice) is okay?
I just started my amazon journey. set up a ltd company, opened an amazon and bank account for this. I want to do RA as well but don't want to risk losing the account as the all this setup takes quite a bit of time...
I started my account very slowly so I didn’t actually do ra until 3 months in so I had about 300 sales think do to this I have never been requested to provide a receipt for items . That being said I have definitely heard about cases where Amazon asks for a receipt randomly and for most the receipt has been enough . If you got an ip complain or compliance issue tho a receipt would not be enough
