I can feel myself being swayed by each ringing in the chakras and for one of them I can feel a pain in lower back and it just started loosening up the more I kept listening to it. by the time I ended up listening to the whole video my whole body was relaxed in full

I have such a difficult time with fatigue and my back problems and so many things. Once this hour is up though, I feel that my blood circulation is better, I have more energy, I'm more flexible, and I sleep/eat better. My cat even came to cuddle up with me! Thank you, this hour was more than pharmaceutical medications could do for me in 10 years of trying.

according to Dr. Helen Lavretsky, a professor of psychiatry and director of the Late-Life Mood, Stress and Wellness Program at the University of California, Los Angeles. Thousands of years ago, people used chants for spiritual healing. There is lots of research about the healing benefits of sound therapy, though studies specifically on sound baths are more limited. A study from 2016 found that people reported significantly less tension, anger, fatigue and depression after doing sound meditation with a Tibetan singing bowl. Feelings of spiritual well-being also increased, and the effects were most notable among people who’d never tried sound therapy or singing bowls before. There’s also evidence that the singing bowls can lower blood pressure and heart rate. According to Lavretsky, this is because certain sounds activate the parasympathetic nervous system - the part of the body that regulates rest -which is what causes muscles to relax, breathing to slow, and blood pressure and heart rate to lower. Soothing music also activates the sensory pathways that compete with pain pathways, according to Lavretsky. Pain is a huge stressor - the heart beats harder, blood pressure spikes and muscles ache. “What music does, it relaxes all of it,” Lavretsky said, which is why sound can ease pain. Is a sound bath going to cure you of disease? No - at least that’s extremely unlikely, Lavretsky stressed. But it can have a soothing effect on the mind and body and help ease symptoms for many conditions, including chronic pain, insomnia, depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder. (Sound baths shouldn’t replace standard treatments for these conditions, but they can be a useful complement.)

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate this channel. I was struggling with corona for nearly a month, started showing symptoms & tested positive. Does anyone have any tips for over coming jealousy, I’m a professional artist and I for some reason can’t stand to see other artists with a lot of fame and stuff, knowing it’s not about fame at all, I still get upset and sad, and have this horrible feeling in my heart. I'm a writer, and used to feel the same way. A lot of it comes from wanting to be "a master" when I haven't mastered the craft. But then I realized even wanting to be "a master" isn't helpful. It's all ego. Ego just gets in the way, and prevents you from growth. I've adopted and tried to cultivate a beginner mentality within myself. That way, when I see or read something that's incredible, where I used to say, "Wow. I could never do that," instead, I think, "How did they do that?" or "Why did they make those choices." It's helped me realize my limitations, but also understand many of those limitations are self-imposed by a fragile ego. Beginners learn. Masters don't. Keep making art! Please! Beauty is truth. Art is the language of the soul, not the ego.

Look at grounding yourself more. Walk in front of the ocean or feel your bare feet on grass. Go hiking and be in nature...observe nature.
