@Talking Head Film School, Hey I have completed Skillshare course on editing real estate videos. Great content. I would like to know to practice editing such videos where can I get such unedited raw footages?. Please do reply. Hoping to hear from you soon

Excellent video ! I think you can elaborate on the fps a bit differently. 24fps is the minimum required for our brains to perceive it as motion. I would really highlight "minimum" here, that's all it is. A 24fps movie is not more natural in any way. The only reason we prefer to watch movies in 24fps is that we are used to it. Watch a 48fps movie, the action and movement is so much more natural. The only reason why this format didn't take off, is we have been hammered with 24fps movies all the time. When seeing something in 48fps or higher, we will get the soap opera effect. In general, higher frame rates would give much better quality and smoothness. I say "quality", meaning that motion blur can be reduced with higher fps.

You create great content and these are great tips. In return I would like to pick out one thing that will improve you quality a lot and that is sound. Your videos has a constant deep humming noise that sound like a preamp turned up to high or something. Maybe you have you mic plugged directly into the bad preamp on you camera? Also, but less important, the mic is placed a bit too far from you which gives a lot of room sound. A nice and pretty cheap solution would be to buy a shotgun mic such as rode videomic ntg which can be plugged into the pc directly via USB and has great audio quality, then place that in an arm just above you head out of the frame. There is a mismatch between your visual quality and audio quality so I think it would be awesome if you just fixed that one thing. Thank you for sharing the video 😊
