1 Minute Blender Chocolate Cake:
- 150 gr Milk (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 60 gr melted Butter (1/2 stick)
- 1 Egg
- 150 gr Sugar (3/4 cup)
- 80 gr All Purpose Flour( 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 50 gr Unsweetened Cocoa Powder ( 7 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
DISCLAIMER: If using a fancy high powered blender, blend on medium only for 10 seconds.
If using a cheap blender (like I am LOL) blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
Frosting:
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 50g Powdered Sugar
- 100g Milk
- Pinch of Salt
