Hello Mrs McBean. If you are asked at your green card interview whether or not you have worked without authorisation and you have will that cause somone to be denied, especially if they have paid taxes and their is proof to show one has worked?

Hi McBean , I think somewhere in the universe you decipher people’s rough times and some how offer the flash point on how they get through tough immigration process. Here is my story , I fill out a visa back home in my country saying I was married but I wasn’t so during my GC interview I was asked if I lied to get a visa which I said yes ,I was separated from my wife and things went from frying pain to larva . The interviewer told my wife that I’m inadmissible that I lied and that I’m going to be denied . So hearing these words from you elevated my hopes . My wife is 4months pregnant already we are devastated do I have chances?.

Forging documents is not my thing besides I lied the first time I’m never doing it again .the way forward is the waiver as McBean said and let’s go from there my marriage will be 1 year by December and 2 years of being together

What should American citizens do who have paid into the system their whole working life, have serious disabilities/life threatening conditions, have no health insurance, qualify for and yet are being illegally denied Social Security disability benefits, while people who have no legal right to be in this country receive SSI benefits via expedited review in a matter of a few weeks?

Latinos tend to use 2 last names. my husband gave his first middle and last name right but used a different name under his mother’s maiden name is this considered fraud?

Hello , i hope you can read my message. I have been called for a second interview. There was an issue of misrepresentation on my first application. I put married when i was not married but that was due to our culture here ij africa when you cohabit for a long time the society takes it as marriage. So whats your advise to me .what should i say on my second interview. Should i ask for forgiveness kindly help.

I did waiver and I got approved for waiver and later after two month I received letter that said my I485 was approved and welcome to American and 2 days after I received reopen later almost a year nothing have done on my case
