Hello can any one please guide me or let me know, my father has filed a I 130 petition back in 2011 and we approved in 2014 our PD is april 2011, but we have not receive any case creation letter but I went on inquiry link they give me my The invoice I.D. number for visa petition ********* is: *****42 The beneficiary I.D. number for xyz is ******* when I go to check the status its gives me this message : Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error. Please guide or help me
Hi.. i have a question, I've submitted my application for PIP on August 26 2023, i pay the $580 fee for the application, I've been paying my taxes since 2013, i got my DACA on 2012, i have a clean record, i received 3 email and in one of them they said that thry were going to use my biometric that they have on their system, and also that they don't need any more documentation.. but unfortunately i haven't got the approval 😔.. even thoo i did it on the 26, but that was the same day when the "stay" was issued.. what can i do now?? Is there something I can do?

In my country, around the year 2000, we were in a very bad recession. The employment rate for college graduates was only 56%, and even those with college degrees were inundated with applications for manual labor. Under these circumstances, I emigrated to another country where the situation was better than in my home country and worked for more than 10 years on a work visa, during which time I made a good amount of money. But of course, being in another country, I had no relatives around me and no one I knew from my childhood. When my father passed away and I returned to my home country for the funeral, I strongly felt that I should stay in this country. Now I don't make a lot of money, but I relax and work about 8 hours a day and spend my weekends drinking with old friends at a bar near my house, playing hard bop standards, riding my MTB in the nearby mountains, and building tube amplifiers with my friends. There are certainly many countries that are more exciting and more profitable than my home country. But in the end, I think that the land where we were born and raised is the best place for us, especially after I turned 40. I have come to realize that there are more important things than money etc.
