Appreciate you sharing it all. I get the feeling it's a lot of graft for lackluster returns. Only been a month so far though, so hopefully it picks it up. I think you've helped me decide not to do social media for my project and just go all in on paying Google. I don't want to, I don't wanna give any of these big tech companies a penny really, but they're the pipers and the piper's gotta be paid.

Hi Alex, your building this site and showing your process is really helpful. I'm in the early stages of building a city/tourist destination site as well. Could you please do a video on your directory section - covering how you're creating the pages, monetization, and future plans? I'm considering incorporating directory into my site but undecided whether to have the listings as a subscription or just offer them for free to local businesses. Are local businesses willing to paying for a listing? Seems like a lot of time/work and it might be difficult to maintain with small businesses opening and closing. Thanks!

How much do you expect for the site when it hits its peak? How many people visit that town in a year or the local population that might use the site?

I think you've done well in a short period of time. The merch is priced fairly, and adding it was a very good decision, so it's not a purely informational site. I also believe this project will do very well with time. Keep us posted.

Alex , you do your uploads via laptop and not phone? I do mine via desktop... that content upload app sounds interesting. When you have time, make a video on how you make short videos, add graphics and all that. Please. Thank you Alex!!
