There's zero progress aside from someone who's clearly just doing the same fitness video moves, a month later. Still zero dedication or understanding to the movement. Wtg!!!! Cheers! One simple thing that has kept me on track since July ‘22 (it’s Jan ‘23 and I’m down 34 lbs now!) is that I don’t allow myself 2 skip days in a row. This has been a huge help! I love this idea, skip one day but NOT TWO. the hardest part is the period days though, day 1 and 2 are heavy for me, so maybe I need to give myself 2 skip days only then, hmmm
Yess I’m on day 4 started not being able to finish a full workout now I do 3-4 every morning and now at night too I feel so much more energized and it keep me motivated to keep going thank you 🙏🏽
I am doing some of her workout depending the time that I have. I have tried the 20 minutes intense standing abs, the 47 minutes walk that burn 500 calories and some the 20ish minutes walk

Your face looks like mine when I'm doing her workouts but mine usually interprets as determined with a little bit of worry if I'm making progress. 😂..good for you! Remember that diet is key!!! If you eating too much junk and doing the workouts the progress will come slower! If your eating cleaner that will get you your results faster! * Also Remeber that you should have a balance! It’s good to have ice cream or chocolate a couple times a week! Just not toooooo much!*
From the looks of it, she’s not changed her diet that much. That’s not a lot of progress at all. Doing these silly tiny workouts does nothing spectacular for weight loss. She needs more than that little simple workout

How long is your workout per day? I am starting her workout after stopped for more than 2 months due to Covid. Just need something to pickup my energy again
Well done!!! If u don't mind me asking. .do u eirk during the week. I have 9til6 desk job. So don't move and will only be able to fit in 20 min workouts or so. Will that even do anything. Just don't feel motivated
