David is a living example of what anyone can do when you have extreme mental focus on a goal. His accomplishments are so amazing it’s understandable why some doubt him, David’s accomplishments can also be a mirror for those who would never push themselves.
You should only push yourself to the point that feels good though. No reason to torture yourself. I feel like this guy pushes himself to to great things but I guarantee he feels like shit a lot of the time in pain and stressed. Dudes never relaxed when he talks
@@PepperStep_ He turned his discomfort into his comfort, that’s something a vast majority of people don’t want to do, but have the ability to do it, I’m not saying to go to the ultimate extreme length, but pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone or what “feels good” is the way to go
@@ishekutekwatekwa1384 simple: when lever you feel hungry and there is like something you feel in or below chest, don’t eat and overall eat less than what you did before and exercise more.
Went from 420 to 285 in like 4 months still losing weight but honestly it’s extremely hard just gotta have the mindset, with me u just got a job at a warehouse and still eat the same really blessed

@@hlias6543 i did nothing special bro: no eating from 8pm to 12pm next day, no bread, no junk food, eating until satisfied NOT full and ONLY water! Also went to the park everyday and fast paced walked for a couple weeks, then started jogging (jog 50 metres, walk then repeat until body couldn't no more) also pushups on knees, situps, star jumps every 50metres. My one vice was coffee with sugar but I slowly cut down the sugars now drinking half of what I used to. Just don't overthink it and get analysis paralysis
I lost 36 kgs in 3 months. When you have a clear goal and if you are focused, nothing is impossible. So get out of your couch and do something great which you will be proud of.
Goggins is awesome. He’s the one guy doing self help who doesn’t also spread hate. He just tells you like it is what you need to do to achieve excellence and then let’s you take it or leave it. Great person 👍
Loosing weight the proper way is best, don’t do it unhealthy, I had to cut weight for a wrestling event and I lost 10 pounds in 12 hours. It was horrible and I regret it to this day.
I can say 1000% when he says no one is coming to save me. Thats me. I always go through my cookie jar and pull that saying out. It is what hypes me up to keep fighting. "CANT HURT ME" and "NEVER FINISHED" books by David Goggins are the reasons i am who i am today. I am typing this and wondering why does anyone care. I guess i want to believe others care. When in a reality no body gives a crap about me. STAY HARD!!!
“They’re not coming back to save me”. Many times in life people will give you a lot of lumps and keep on moving, never caring how they made you feel and how it affected you. You have to turn that pain into power and get yourself back.

Goggins problem is he acts like everyone can lose 1.3-1.4lbs of fat per day like he did. Hell i didnt lose that consistently when I did IF with a 4-6 hr feed window and working out
This what i tell people who ask me how im so Shredded. I tell them noone will do it for you, you gotta grind beyond the normal. Most people come to the gym, do a few sets in 40 minutes and leave. Im in the gym doing 3 - 5 hours. I don't stop cos I'm tired, i stop when I've felt like I've done the work. Like mahammad Ali said - he didn't start counting his reps until it started to hurt. 💯 I wanted it so i went and got it by putting the work in, didn't matter if i was tired after work, or not feeling it that day. I made myself Train my ass of.💪 If i can do that, anyone can wns im nearly 40 year's old. Its sad when i see these lazy 20 year olds sat in the gym on a machine glued to their smart phones, Thats not gonna get you anywhere. Facts.
Have to say, yet another example of a SEAL that makes me proud to be American. Absolutely amazing. Guy just decided to be a SEAL and went out and absolutely crushed obstacles with no mercy. Truly inspirational.
How the living fuk of the force dp you lose 100lbs in 2 months and not be dead? I fast each day about 15hr and I am in pain all day till i can eat. I am 315, I can't run 100 feet much less miles..how the..damn
I don't believe him regarding having zero loose skin as a side effect. His career is to be an extreme workout individual. His system must have eaten up the loose skin from his daily overkill workouts.

U can I lost 45pounds in two weeks so and I was in jail for the first time when I lost my weight and then put on muscle because I was a little chunky and I had muscle to but I didn't have any definition and I was strong and I wasn't fat or skinny I was locked stocky when I had my shirt on but when I was thick like that I had power but I didn't have speed and no definition and now I have a six pack and maybe more than that and I can say I'm ripped and solid but everyone thinks that there big and solid no I thought the same thing and when I lost my weight I seen how much muscle I really had because I lost my weight and then I started to eat good and worked out and I was building muscle no fat or meat I was doing just enough weight to get bigger but stronger because anyone can get big looking and shit by just eating good and lifting heavy but your not going to be solid like you think and you might look big but it's because of the fat on your body and muscle instead of just muscle you don't have to be Big in the waist but you just want to be Big in your chest and arms but it's not just being big you want to be solid and lean but have good size arms and chest but tighten it up and get solid as possible and ripped I don't know know how to explain it really, but when you start to get muscle on your body your going to get littler before you get bigger just with muscle only but you lose your fat and then your skinny and then it shows how much muscle you have and as your building muscle your going to look littler before you get bigger everything tightens up and then it will start to come out and you will see results but I lost 45pounds in two weeks so that is crazy just go to jail and see what it's like for the first time you will know, what I'm saying that food is nasty I didn't eat and then I realized I have to or I'm going to die so I started to eat and now it's different because I been in jail plenty of times and I can handle it Way better than My first time but the food is nasty and if you want to lose weight and build muscle then you can do that it's always about dedicating yourself to getting in shape
