Sky tip for a really aggressive flash. When you have flash equiped hold e. Then as you run forward press the right mouse button. Bird will flash behind you instantly. You'll be flashed for a fraction of a second while enemies will have the full flash.
4:55 as a fade main i highly reccomend abusing her prowlers + trails for extra durration if you have just ulted or tagged someone with haunt they leave a trail and prowlers have infinite duration on a trail so instead of instantly latching onto the trail you can use this to clear some angles first then latch onto the trail and get the kill just be careful to not instantly latch onto the trail by accident (also the omen ult + fade ult combo still works in high elo just comm with you team)
A good way of assuring Sova ult kills is to ult on Sova drone tags instead of recons as recons can be broken. Tagging an enemy with drone will ping twice. That's what I do as a Sova main. But don't drone in 1v1's unless you know they enemies position.
