I am a chemical engineer so I'm looking at things with a scientific view. Do not believe the lies that Wash-n-gos are not for you, or that type 3 or 4a hair is the better hair type. Omg I just tried this last night and MAAAAAANN!! I’m hooked! I’ve been avoiding wash and go’s my whole natural hair journey (about 5 years). This is life! I’ve found a new style. My curls are awesome!! I can’t wait to see how long it’s lasts.

Wow!! What a gorgeous wash-n-go!! Your coils looked so gorgeous and seen a lot of supposedly "Type 4" wash-n-go videos. Sadly I never wanted to try ANY of them before now. Not only because they never seemed to resemble my hair texture or represent coily girls, (I have mostly coily type 4 not curly and it's hard to envision what your hair might look like when there's no representation, but the process involved SO MUCH PRODUCT. I'm not a fan of putting a lot of gel in my hair, ESPECIALLY after going through the trouble of deep conditioning and making homemade masques to keep it moisturized. With my low porosity hair, the LAST thing I need to do is clog my hair with goop. Then there's the fact that I'm SUPER IMPATIENT!! Who wants to be doing a wash-n-go for two hours after a 2 hour or longer wash day!?! Oh and Can I take a minute to give you a 🗣 SHOUT OUT AND THX👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 for the "hot water trick", on low porosity hair!! Don't know why that never occurred to me, but THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! My moisture game has improved SO MUCH. All because I'm opening the follicle of my hair prior to applying my moisturizing products then locking in hydration!!! Yaaaaaaaaas Sistah thank you!! I've been hippin' errrrrrrrbody to your channel and that tip!! It changed the game for my hair. So did your twist tutorial. I've never been really great at doing a lot with my own hair, I'm too impatient. However thanks to your tips and tricks, texture ID and my homemade flaxseed gel.......I have FINALLY MASTERED my twist-out!! Now.......I'm going to try a wash-n-go!!! Oh and because I know you like things that smell good too. I put a few drops of lavender and orange essential oil in my texture ID........OMGoooooooodnes!!! You can smell it in your hair for DAYS!!!

that wash and go is poppin for real and with only one product thats great. shoot that texture id has way more hold than the eco gold gel, i jus used the eco gold gel the other day for a wash and go with my mielle organics pomegranate leave in and it lasted me only 2 days 😑😩😩. i might have to try that texture id styling cream.

I've got this product in my hair right now because of this review. :) If I'd seen more of your videos and realized that your type 4 isn't my type 4 I might not have made that trip to Sally's to get it. THAT SAID...this reminds me both in (medium-weight) texture and (barely-there) scent of Nothing But Curly Pudding, which used to be a staple of mine. In fact I was about to go back to that product when I saw your review. Like you, I put nothing else on my hair just to see what I'd end up with. I can tell it's going to dry very soft, which is awesome! For my type 4 I'm going to need a little gel to get really good definition but that's okay...I think this will be a keeper. Thank you!

The only thing I dislike but like at the same time about black hair is how diverse it is, every curl is unique, my hair is loose is certain spots but will be tighter right next to it, sooo weird....and I actually like tighter curls than looser in MY OPINION, they look better on me
