Hey Simon, glad to see you're back! I'd die for a tutorial on harmonizing jazz melodies with, let's say, 40s-60s' block chord voicings. That kind of stuff is very hard to find on RU-vid.

Great lesson I like the ones taking a basic set of changes and gradually enhance the chords and voice leading. Really shows all the possiblites to mix them up and also use them in different genres. Thanks.

im 52 years young and (I mess around with guitars) and now starting piano, if I can leave till my 90's, I might be able to learn all of this😂😂 😂. Thank you Simon, you got me hooked! and the sound of your piano is absolutely beautiful, would you mind telling us what r you playing and if I can emulate this sound with a software? apologies in advance for the dumb question, as I said im new to the instrument. best wishes

Great content, of course, but I feel compelled to ask: Is the pig well? I grow anxious when the pig makes no appearance. He might have missed the bus, he might have measles, maybe a court date or a disorder of the hoof, or he has gone incognito due to gambling debts. I become prey to nameless anxieties.

The Pig is well! Went quiet on RU-vid for a bit but I’ve been working on a massive project for my Academy and now I’m back to pump out the RU-vid videos. I appreciate your hilarious & inquisitive questions 😂🙏
