Numbers are hard. Counting is the harderest.
Keeping track of high volume sets have always felt like a chore. Needless to say, my goal was x20 on the squats and x10 for the muscle ups. I 'm sure I had those 2 extra reps in the tank. I guess we'll find out next time. I'm experimenting with some new volume and intensity periodization methods, so they'll be more of these to come.
