I really liked your video, I have some questions: 1.- I am interested in the characteristics of your resin. 2.- What is the humidity before applying urea and after applying urea. 3.- How much pressure does your machine exert. Thanks for your information
Thank you Pedro. Sorry for late reply. 1. the resin is widely used in plywood or furniture, if you need details please send any email to me. robin@thoyu.com 2. before applying is around 5% moisture. After it is around 12%. 4. 800-1200 Tons depends on pallet size.
Thanks, Buğra. My first reply on this video. Normally urea-formaldehyde resin is used, which is widely used in the worldwide furniture industry. It's safe when we choose the E1 level. In Germany, the standard is less than 0.1 ppm. E1 refers to a level that is less than 0.1 ppm (parts per million). Formaldehyde Emission All products made from wood will emit some naturally occurring Formaldehyde. Some products such as MDF can have Formaldehyde added during the manufacturing process. There are two European Formaldehyde classes that define the level of Formaldehyde emission. These are E1 and E2. E1 refers to a level that is less than 0.1 ppm (parts per million) and for E2 boards it is between 0.1 ppm and 0.3 ppm. All of our press wood pallets and blocks fall into the E1 (low emission) classification.
