zhang frank, Yes, I've used them before. (I'm in Illinois, USA) They work great when moving loads around with a motorized lift jack. With no bottom slats you can drop your load and pull out quickly without getting hung up on the bottom slats.

How did the wood chips get into the press? There is no way this company makes a profit, one pallet every 2 minutes is not sustainable.

There's "no way" the company makes a profit? 😂😂😂The fuck are you talking about, dumbass? Do you even know anything about the company? They've been around 15 years, they don't ONLY make wood pallets, that's not their ONLY production line, they sell their products internationally, and they don't just sell pallets, they sell the machines as well, which have been upgraded since this old video from 6 years ago. You're watching an old video from 6 years ago and you actually think that's still how they do things 😂

Flat mechanical arm with bristles on the underside attached to a rotating gear that lets it sweep back and forth a couple times before the press goes down

It would need to be a little more complex than that, but, there are machines that you can walk/slide behind that clean polished concrete floors like that. They are common in American factories with higher standards.

They probably have one. If they don’t, they should. A broom, without dust-settling clay powder, is only going to stir up dust into the air and into the employees’ lungs -including wood and metal particles, as per their factory’s specific product choice.
