I successfully did a Kong vault today and I owe it to you Tapp Brothers I got interested in parkour about a month ago and I stumbled upon the best parkour channel ever I hope someday parkour will become an Olympic sport😁 but I do need some help on stuff so yeah if anybody has a good tutorial (preferably Tapp Broes ) for the following moves please reply with the title of the video wallflip, backflip,a regular flip, sideflip, kip up,screwdriver, air bomb, and reverse vault and yes I have watched Tapp Broes for most of these
Tapp bros have great tutorials but there not the only ones. The following channels also have great tutorials, LaFlairParkour, Ronnie street stunts, Kyle epic Mendoza
What a coincidence, I wanted to increase my overall jump n' speed, and i recently moved to a place near a riverbed. Well, I know where I am going to work out from now on.
Could you please make just a like quick 30 min work out that will train many parts of your body and increase multiple things also been looking for a good one and you guys never let me down thanks:)
Thanks For the great video it will help alot. Also I saw the previous video about the same drill it made me think that My phone was gliching you but anyway thanks
I tried this yesterday, and just realized that I wasn't wearing out quickly at all. I've been doing this every day of my life in small increments by running up staircases two steps at a time at full speed... that's why my legs are so toned... I can't believe it lol
Hey guys. I love your videos. I like the topics you cover. Please don't take this as hate at all... I think you guys should make your videos shorter. I think they have the potential to be very very popular. Maybe you could just make some of your videos small little tips and others have long explanations? I feel as though most of your videos could be called "tips" and I think your Channel would benefit from adding smaller videos. Thanks for reading. I'm gonna do this sprinting drill!
We had to do this for rowing training at school except the hill is 20 metres long and MUCH MUCH steeper. We could only do six sprints before we eventually vomited or collapsed in exhaustion!
Since i don't live anywhere near an incline like that, could i use a treadmill with an incline feature? Just turn it up a bit, increase the speed, then decrease the incline and slow down to relax?
Thank you very much for this drill, because I train barefoot and when I was running I wasn't using full range of motion with my ankles to get faster and higher.
You guys should get a shotgun mic, like the ones that Rode make. It will clean up your audio a ton, and single out your voice, so you don't get all that background noise.
hello tapp brothers, i am from india and i really need your parkour crash course books and cds but you have been selling these in dollars . i request you to pls sell it in indian currency too . :)
