MAIL DONATIONS HERE: On memo line of check: Casey Williams Casey Williams PO Box 429 Sneedville, TN 37869 Update on Olivia Via her Momma: Chemo has been decreased to once a week depending how things go. Also I said the age wrong, Olivia is 9. Not 11. I apologize for misspeaking. Casey appreciates all prayers, love, and donations that have been sent. She asks for prayers above all else! Thank you!!
Ok, that would be great for future donations, but I got her a greeting card and I am just going to send that with cash. It will be in the mail tomorrow morning!
I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you.. the kindness shown, the prayers we have received, and the generosity has been overwhelming. Olivia is doing good through chemo and I truly believe that is the prayers for her. We are half way through the induction phase at the time and she got the ok to be in a small group for Easter outside of course, but that made her day. I know hardest days are ahead for her, but she's truly a champion. I can never repay the kindness, but I ask for continued prayers for her. Love Casey
I hope Olivia can receive her treatment at St. Jude in Memphis. It's amazing the work that they do to save children's lives. My granddaughter was diagnosed at 6 yo with Ewing's Sarcoma (bone cancer), she received chemo & had surgery to removed a large portion of her pelvic bone. Today she's a bright, energetic 12yo that has been cancer free for 5 years! We had another family member diagnosed with leukemia at 15 yo, lived at St. Jude for almost 2 years for treatment & today is a beautiful, healthy college sophomore. I'm on a very limited income but will be sending a small donation to help this family. God bless you for helping this family.
I came to talk about St Jude… it is an amazing place and patients don’t pay a dime!! Also McDonald House is like home away from home…. Will be lift8ng them in prayer and will do what I can ❤️❤️❤️
Brooke, when my granddaughter was at St. Jude my daughter created a Facebook page seperate from her personal page, & anytime there was a procedure or whatever, she posted to that page! This way she didn't have to respond to questions on her personal page...and it was also a relief for her to write down her feelings as everything takes place....OR..... if she would be comfortable with creating a RU-vid channel, she doesn't have to show that baby in distress, but it's another way to update everyone, I.e. family, friends, school family, work family, etc. & maybe create a small stream of income. You can help her set that up.
@@lynnchristensen4439 I'm mailing mine. Actually, learned a young man was asking people for 1 dollar. He asked 100 people each day. Working at a grocery store 🙃. He got caught, manager was not happy. I am certain your gift will be very useful.
Ohhhhh! I forgot to ask y'all, do y'all remember when it wasn't illegal to ride in the back of a pickup truck, and seatbelts weren't required to drive, and kids could stand up inside and on the bed of a pickup truck????? I remember when my mom's co-worker had lawn chairs on the bed of his truck, and we lived in Greenville, Ms and he lived across the bridge in Lake Village, AK and he use to let the kids ride in the back of the truck, sitting high in those chairs, flying across that bridge!!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 That was the time of a kid's life whenever we got to do that!!!!! I swear y'all, the 1970s-80s were the best decades of all of existence to me!!!! Man, y'all don't know how bad I miss the good old days! And the summer really did seem to last forever! And it also seemed like it took forever for the holiday season, spring break, and the last day of school to get here!!!!😂 Man, back then 100% rivals anything that goes on now, and we enjoyed life more then because we weren't exposed to everything that ppl are exposed to now, and we got out more and we dealt with each other personally, on purpose without all the fakeness and roboticness of ai, and somehow Godliness won over WICKEDNESS back then always for the most part!❤😂🎉
Father God, we lift Olivia up to You and ask for a complete healing. We also ask that You supply Casey with everything she needs to keep up with everything. In Jesus's name. Amen!
My prayers are out. Two little Olivia. My husband have passed away from having chronic leukemia. He has been through chemo, had a stem cord transplant. After all these treatments that he went it did give no span of life of 10 years. I hope this little girl has more than that in her life. Her life is just begin. Let's all pray for this child. I leave this name in Jesus Christ, amen
Mrs. Wolf. We use to wear her clip on earrings during the day. What a wonderful teacher. She was always very well dressed with big clip on earrings and necklace to match her outfit. Sitting on that tinnie tiny chair to have reading group. And dont forget that off white writing paper with the green lines. And of course the bug jar of "paste" yum yum. Every kid at least tasted it.... what memories you two have dredged up. I have a hard time just listening with nothing to do. I almost turned it off early but i am sure that if people stay there and (listen) they will also bring up memories from growing up... thank you and God bless both of your families. Praying for Olivia and all of you.
Hi southern momma . My family has an inheritance fund of $30,000 plus per year to St Jude’s children hospital . Was based off my moms family as each passes the amount becomes greater . I hope that she gets the care she needs .
Just finished chemo and doing radiation and God has always been there.Prayers for The Williams Family and Olivia. God will carry you through Olivia. He’s a Caring and Loving Father. 🥰🙌🏼
My mom was born in Sneedville. I am related to the Alder's and Trent's. The Green's supermarket you just showed, one of the men that used to own it back in the 60's was my mom's first cousins husband. Who knows we may be related. I really enjoy your videos. We will be praying for the little girl and her family. I know how bad it was on me when I had breast cancer and I was in my 50's. I just cant imagine my child being diagnosed with cancer, but God is still in the miracle performing business and can fix anything. God's got this.
Lot's of prayers coming from our home. St. Judes is the place to go for these children. It breaks my heart that sweet innocent children have to go thru these diseases. Olivia looks just like her Mother. TFS this story with us Brooke. ✝🛐
I am saying prayers. So happy you are helping them. I was 6 when they found my first cancer. At age 65, I am fighting it again for the third time. Had to tell my Granddaughter today there is no cure but miracles happen with prayer.
@@sonyafox3271 I had a Whilms Tumor at age 6. It had destroyed my right kidney. 12 oz malignant tumor. Lots of Cobalt treatment. I was in the hospital for seven months. 1964. 2011 I had a double. Mastectomy with in ductile and in another spot, Invasive breast Cancer. 2023 I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. On chemo since last May. Three weeks on and one week off. Just asking for prayers, not a so called Cancer Expert.
Jesus give Olivia complete restoration of her body, give her and her mom a sense of strength, peace and reassurance to know that she. Is going to beat this & use it to lift others up! May this go viral and cover more than the total cost of Dr bills, treatments, meds, Gas, and ALL other bills and necessities! In Jesus Name , Amen!
Prayers for Olivia! Get her Mom to reach out to the nurse navigator and also financial assistance group within the hospital. Both can be a great resource. Plans for a donation in the near future. Dealing with a trying medical situation myself. There are tons of information and resources if you know where to go. Country as Cornbread....sounds like the city next to the memories you guys shared. Wow! My Mom grew up in Appalachia. Hope this video raises tons of money and Olivia and Casey have every single thing they need.
I lost my daddy in 2023 to mds which is the next step to leukemia the suggestion for st. Jude is a very good idea love and prayers to Olivia Virginia matney
I grew up in a tiny town in Missouri 20 miles from the nearest town. I can’t believe I would miss it but I do. Just walking through the woods, hunting and fishing with my Dad, now I’m in a town of 12,000 and hate it but can’t afford to leave because of the economy. I loved orange and grape Nehi
You are so awesome in helping this little girl. I will pray for them. God will bless them and Jesus will hold Casey during her treatment. Bless this family and take Casey through the dark and out of the other side. Love prayers and blessings .
As a non Southerner we call it a loaf of bread as a whole and a single slice of bread is one piece. Ive never seen this peanut butter, bread and syrup mixture. I would try peanut butter pancakes though. I guess it would be kind of the same. Non Southerners call loafin around as hangin around. We can all learn from each other 😘😘😘
What a blessing that you can bless, encourage, and support this family through this difficult time! I will be praying for this single mom and her girls. You are a blessing to so many people through your videos and always bring a smile to my face! Thank you for opening your heart and having such a servant’s heart! God bless you!
My Dad's side of the family is from Hancock county. He grew up in the little mulberry community and went to highschool at Hancock county. I have aunts, uncles and cousins that live in sneedville. I grew up in Tazewell but spent half my time in Hancock county visiting family. I love it over there.
Y'all could so be my relatives. My granddaddy was also a preacher. All the saying I have heard all my life and say them a lot. I'm 63 and I am as country as y'all are. It was a great life to grow up in a small, country area.
Remember my grandfather sitting whittling and chewing tobacco at our courthouse. In my father's day the local feed mill was men's gossip central. They sat on feed bags and chewed tobacco. Good memories. I was tickled to death when I got to go! Thank you for reminding me.
Thank you so much for what you both do for others. I’ve been inspired & started my own channel to encourage ladies who have been diagnosed with breast cancer & to let them know they are not alone. Feel free to send such friends my way at Pajama Days. Love y’all bunches!
Oh my goodness! This video brought back so many memories. I lived in Hancock County until we moved when I was in the 6th grade. My grandma lived close to Clonce's Market that you showed in the intro of the video, and my mom and her sister went to Seal Mathis school. ( My mom is now 75.) I went to school at Flat Gap in Treadway ( now closed) through 3rd grade, and then I went to Hancock Central for 4th and 5th grade. Both of my brothers graduated from Hancock High School. This was such a great video, and I so enjoyed listening to your stories. Thanks for making this old southern girl smile! 😊
Please do more of these shows with you and aunt Vicky, and the time that you spent as a child it has warmed my heart and I will gladly share this with the world because you have made my day. Bless you all be safe and this is a friendly text.
God bless you guys for helping out your friend and fellow neighbor. There are many upgrades and treatments in 2024 so I will pray for modern medicine to work its magic through God’s grace. Back in 1965 I was Olivia’s age and I lost my dad to leukemia. As I said things are very advanced now so that comment was just to say I understand but not to compare anything except the disease name. God is good and I pray for this sweet child.
You ladies are doing such an amazing thing for Olivia!! I shared this, watched the whole thing and gave you ladies a big like!! Thank you for all the wonderful stories!
