A Southern Momma, born and raised in the Great Smoky Mountain region in Tennessee. I love my family, friends, Jesus, and Ms Dolly Parton. My goal is to teach others how to stretch their dollar and feed their families on a low budget. My channel is solely to help others. Our current economy, inflation crisis, and shortages, I felt a calling in my heart to start this You Tube journey. I may not know a lot, but I sure know how to make something out of nothing. Together we can fight food insecurity, and learn to be more positive and kind.
Brooke if you want to be girlie,be girlie, ignore the haters they have nothing better to do then to have negative things to say but my dad had asaying for people like this, and that is opinions are like assholes, everyone has one, just keep laughing girl you got this❤
Oh! I am excited to try them both! That chicken went a long way. Just for the record, it's pronounced sow, rhymes with cow. Love the nails. I honestly wouldn't have noticed them they look natural, but I saw the other video.
Here's a bread baking tip. If you butter the top after baking, refrigerate leftovers right away. The buttered tops cause the bread to mold faster at room temp. During a hot summer, they can mold in 24 hours at room temp if you don't have AC. Best to butter only what you're serving or reheating.
Don't worry I'm exactly the same ,I can't even wear nail polish I can feel it then you just look at them it's weird isn't it,I suppose it's better than finding one in your dinner😲😬👍😀
Instant potatoes can make a far more satisfying meal by being used as gnocchi. 71 grams (1 cup) instant potato flakes 1 cup boiling water 1 large egg, lightly beaten 130 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting ½ teaspoon kosher salt In a large bowl, stir together the potato flakes and water. Let stand until cooled to room temperature. Add the egg, flour and salt, then mix with your hands until the ingredients are just incorporated. Lightly dust the counter with flour and turn the dough out onto it. Gently knead until the dough is smooth. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a ½-inch-thick rectangle. Cut the dough into ½-inch strips, then, using your hands, roll each strip against the counter into a ½-inch diameter log. Cut each log into 1-inch pieces. If desired, dip the back of the tines of a fork into flour, then gently press into each piece to create a ridged surface. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts salted water to a boil. Add half of the gnocchi, return to a boil and cook, stirring gently and occasionally, until the gnocchi float to the surface. Cook for 1 minute, then use a slotted spoon to transfer the gnocchi to a wire rack. Return the water to a boil and repeat with the remaining gnocchi. Let the gnocchi cool for at least 15 minutes before using. Edit: You could also add one egg (if you want a richer pasta). ••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Then serve with whatever sauce you can scratch together. This is a *_filling_* meal, and you’ll likely have leftovers!
Hey Bestie!! This series is SOOOOO good!! Thank you for sharing so many great recipes. Since the prices of everything have soared I've been trying different recipes at home. Asian food was a must for me and I'm so excited to try these two you've shared! I am also a fan of Frank's Sweet Chili sauce!! It's so good!! Thank you for another amazing installment of "We Have Food At Home!" ☺️🙌🏼 Can't wait to see what's next!
Hey I taught a craft class & I put "NOEL" on 1 side & "HOME" on the opposite side. I just used christmas scrapbook paper glued on behind the NOEL. It saves on decorating at Christmas time. ❤ Y'all!! More crock pot & 1 sheet recipes PLEASE!! ❤❤❤
Would you please try to do a copycat to the teriyaki chicken and beef that comes with broccoli and sweet carrots from our local place that is in the old Hardee building. That I would really appreciate if you could do it a copycat event because I have tried to copycat it myself and have not been able to.
Raos is good, but expensive. The plus side of it for me is that it is low in carb...which as a diabetic is important. It allows me to enjoy it without as much worry. So it is one of my splurges.
If your family likes it, try the chicken Alfredo and salad from olive garden. We don't even go anymore bc of the price and it's so easy to make at home.
No weirdos formed against you shall prosper! They can kiss off!💋Those nails are so fun and pretty! They look beautiful on your hands! Call them out! 💝🎀💅
There is nothing wrong with trying something new... How else can you know you like something or not? Don t get yourself down for trying, give yourself a shoulderpat for learning! You are good, dear, know that for sure!
Your nails looked beautiful and they look beautiful without the fake nails. It's fun to put nails on. It's fun to be girly. Don't let anybody hurt your feelings. They're just mean.♥️🌷
