Funny I was just thinking the same thing.. I’d buy any modern system for a remaster of this game alone. The gameplay is what shined on these older games. Why on earth there is not more games like this is beyond me.

I still remember discovering as a kid the glitch in the training area where you can go under the wall and ride around outside of the stadium. That was awesome

I find it funny how at first you think that dino dominion’s “evolution” will be that things go full Jurassic park. Only for it to turn out in the final lap that the whole thing (including the “escape”) was fake, all the Dinos are animatronic, and that the final track “evolution” is actually the fact that the ride is falling apart.

this game is technically absolutely astonishing and has made a real step forward beeing emulated by PCSX2......would like to see a re-issue as a remaster for modern devices

The only reason I'm here was I was look at ps2s on eBay and I saw someone selling this game. And it triggered a memory form when I was a kid. I remember getting this game in a 3 pack with NFS HP2 and some other racing game. Wow such nostalgia

I rented the shit out of this game from my local video store as a kid. I've been itching to play it again for a few years now but never knew the right settings to get it running in PCSX2 - god bless you lol

I remember playing this back when i had my ps2 as a kid, but when i try to play this on PCSX2 in game its half the speed then in the video, i have the same setting as shown here, so i am not too sure what is wrong, maybe needs more ram? idk for sure, as other games i dont have this frame rate problem, only this one

How did you get this working without low frames? my rig is better than yours and it's in slow motion. What's your speed hacks settings, dude? link a screen maybe?

I am trying to run Splashdown: Ride's Gone Wild on AetherSX2. It works fine, but when I get to the game, it shows me a black screen and then it crashes. Any idea how to fix this?

I tried this not to long ago. It was a slideshow. Newest build for PCSX2. Intel I5 6400 with a GT 1030 graphics card.

where did you grab your game? because my Iso just makes the emulator get a black screen when the loading before the race ends

@@Theoneandonlyfriedrice I used a beta version of pcsx2. I never could get playable frame rates even after doing some tweaks to the emulator. I got it from vims lair. I gave up on it.
