Hey Peter 😃 thanks so much for the kind comment and also checking out the channel and videos 👍 MPG is OK not really notice any real difference to be honest.. We get around mid 30’s and maybe a bit more on a run.. My wife uses it for work as daily driver too so on short runs comes down a bit. We had a 4x4 before and the van is better on MPG 👍 On the pop top… well we went away last weekend and it rained all the time so we were a bit stuck in the van and a pop top would have been good for sure as we couldn’t sit outside 🥲 On balance though and how we using the van I don’t regret not having a pop top right now anyway! Also we had quite a tight budget of £3k for the full conversion and I think pop top alone would haven been close to that 🤣 I LOVE the simplicity of the van and when we went away recently watching people wrestling with tents etc… we just pulled up table out, beers our and good to go!!
