We can all agree on how important it is for each player to win their individual battles. This drill helps the players improve their defending and attacking skills, while also improving their awareness.
Once the defender wins the ball, they can score in either of their teams goal. Whereas the attacker must go and attack the goal directly opposite.
A 10x10 square is used, but this can be adjusted depending on age and skill level.
