Good overall from an ITIL perspective but for a ServiceNow perspective, it's time to update. Looks like this was done with the Jakarta or older release and there have been a number of changes starting with New York. The form has changed as have the states.
Hello Gaurav, If there are multiple incidents for an issue, then there will be a major incident as well. So should we create major incident and problem ticket both? Pls answer
