This is the old BS6 phase 1 model. BS6 phase 2 iTurbo is very much improved. No vibrations on start and idle. Very less engine noise plus great pickup after 2K RPM. @Ravi ji, CNG wali comes up with BS6 phase 2 engine. You need to try BS6 phase iTurbo.
Polo's TSI engine is forced induction like GDI engine in XUV300. Altroz has normal turbo piggy backed on top of NA engine. Even Gearbox is different in Polo (DSG Vs Manual in Altroz). Technology hi different hai dono me, isliye price bhi Polo se kam hai. So not right to compare the power of these two. Altroz has better seating comfort at back compared to Polo.
They should raise it and make the ground clearance to 180 MM or atleast a NRG varient like Tiago. Considered punch over this only for ground clearance.
this comment is for those who is living in Delhi and using any tata car and having much issues with service... around 7-8 service centre of tata is available in Delhi and i already tested every service centre and i came with outcome of that MALWA AUTOMOBILES jhangir puri is one of the best in Delhi...staff is good service is good and they listen what you say....i am using tata Altroz and Tata tiago Cng...and now my experience is good with Malwa automobiles no issues at all....i think you people should try Malwa automobiles ....
I'll consider XUV3OO W4 or W6 variant over Altroz iturbo, beast like performance better comfort better safety more ground clearance and SUV stance is anyday better than Hatchback🔥
A higher ground clearance is always better on rough terrains. My Wagon R right side running board got badly scratched when I was getting down from a 2 feet steep ramp. from where my uncle's ignis easily got down without hitting any part of its body parts onto the ramp. @@RajeevAwasthi1
@@Jwsurin haan hona to chahiye but hoga nahin. Safety and mileage ka balance abhi filhaal, tata is trying to achieve. Maruti good engine in lifafa so high mileage and punch. Tata average engine in overall good car. Heavy bhi hoti hai so lesser mileage and punch. Three vs four cylinders...tata engineers can definitely comment.
We had TATA Zest (Petrol), Now we have TATA Nexon (Diesel) & TATA Punch AMT (Petrol)... No doubt on the built quality and delivery by the vehicle. TATA Nexon (Diesel) is the best Compact SUV in this price range. TATA Punch AMT (Petrol) is for the City Drive and who loves smooth driving. I live in Maharashtra, there is not any single service related issue, here. I think TATA's service related issues are only in the Delhi region.
tata's car is good❤ but dark reality of tata's car, company is using cheaper product assembly in cars which is not reliable for long time. company is focusing on build not on components parts.😊

No matter what the BS 6 norms be in present or future a 3 cylinder engine is a 3 cylinder and it will have vibrations and putting turbo charger in a 3 cylinder engine is overkilling it.
Owner is saying his friend has to take insurance every next month because he has swift desize. A piece of advise for this dumb person. Tell your frnd to learn driving instead of smashing car here and there. Moreover, try to hit your altroz u will also need insurance. Thank you Ravi ji for suggesting sagar motors,we have recently shifted to ghaziabad and service of our altroz xt petrol is approaching and I was worried about the service centres here. We were in Siliguri earlier and there the service from lexican motors was awesome,i never faced any issues regarding service in Siliguri.
@@avinashsammetla6117 Pick and acceleration is good compared to NA thats why we need turbo. Avg in city between 12 to 14. On highway 16 to 20. If you need baleno like feedback then u need turbo in Altroz. Else NA Altroz feels laggy compared to baleno.
Even I'm confused which one to go for ...my heart says i20 but my mind says Altroz i turbo......but the only issue is its ground clearance .... In hills can it be a safe bet?

Depends on your preferences, you get more power and a better engine along decent features in fronx but no safety rating yet(still awaiting BNCAP results) and with altroz you get a 5* GNCAP rating but less power and an ok enough engine. Also Ground clearance is better in fronx which should clear most pot holes and uneven roads.
Bhai tata ki service itni bhi khrab nahin dusroin ke muqable....I own tata cars and no issues..two to three dealer se service karwa Chuka huin..... please stop negativity...yaar...
If 2021 is the year he brought the car within 10 lakhs then i will say its a wrong decision to buy Altroz i turbo. Aap Brezza le lete it used to come with smart hybrid , fantastic compact SUV with best in class 1.5l suzuki engine. Price bracket 2021 mai brezza ki sahi thi. Altroz i turbo mai compromise to hai bhaisab.
