Hey bro, just took delivery of my 2022 hydro blue TRX, fully loaded with the Level , 2 package last weekend, Despite the teething pains reported by others, I’m loving mine immensely . The TRX is an effin’ beast that won’t stop turning heads on the road.. I absolutely love mine .have already took, my beast days of driving fun in the TRX
Thanks for the shout out man! Still on target for 2/17! It's heading to southern Illinois so hopefully ship time won't be long! Peace brother and love your content!
Love the content! After a 5 month wait, I picked up my Bright White Beast on Jan. 18th! I go tomorrow to get the Mopar power steps, new black skid plate and Paragoptics red interior lighting installed!! #10k
I’m debating I keep going back-and-forth jeep Rubicon 392 or TRX??? I’m making my decision by the end of this month but I keep going back-and-forth is driving me nuts. Good video. 👍
This is the first video of yours I have watched. I have a 2021 base model TRX that I got to drive in the interim while I wait for my 2022 TRX. I dont have a date for it yet, but it was good hearing about what you did. When I get my 2022 I am going to get the front bumper for sure. I am on the fence about the leveling kit. Any regrets or issues with the leveling kit. I hear from pro off roaders you should not put in leveling blocks in the front because it changes the steering arm angles to the detriment of their reliability. I am not an off roader so maybe it wouldn't matter, but I dont want to change the strength or reliability of the front suspension components by adding a leveling block. What are your thoughts?
The nice thing about going with a spring perch leveling kit (like the one I have) is that it doesn’t allow for any of the suspension to extend past its original design specifications, so the CV axles, steering arms, etc all stay within stock range! Just a leveling block that goes on top of the shock, is what you’d wanna stay away from, I agree. I love my leveling kit though, and wouldn’t go back!
@@ZacharyNabozny For me personally, since I am interested in a leveling kit, yes I would like to see that. I have my TRX currently in the shop getting 2022 driver side springs installed to mitigate the lean and I was experiencing the drive shaft thrust so I am also having them re grease the shaft since there isnt an official fix for that and re greasing is the work around. I would be very interested in a leveling kit video
@@sensei2121 Thanks for the info Wade! Maybe I’ll rethink putting one out about it! I was lucky enough to have the correct springs in my 21 and not have the lean issue!
@@ZacharyNabozny I’m in awe honestly. Feels like so much of a nicer vehicle than my 19 raptor. If you’re on the TRX forum I Posted some pics last night.
@@trxntroll843 I honestly don’t frequent the forum much, I don’t even think I have an account haha but I’m in the Facebook groups!! Hey Yknow it may just be time to change your profile picture from the Ford logo!
Thank you, Jake! I appreciate it! I enjoy the stock bumper too, but for how often I go to the sand dunes, I can't risk putting another stock one on, and then denting it all up again. Unfortunately, the old saying of "If you break stock, you don't replace with stock" is very applicable with this one for me :(
Only thing holding me back is mpg and gas prices. My wife keeps saying who cares get it lol time to order I guess. If they do stop making them in 2024 would you sell yours or keep it?
Ram trucks have always had reliability issues especially with the transmissions as well a/c parts any gas engine they've put in a ram since the early 80s has been problematic imo the last time chrysler made a decent truck was before they stopped using the torque flite 727 3 speed automatic that was around 1978 the 904 is what replaced the 727 in the early 80s what chrysler makes now is mostly an image of its former self...had a 19 tradesmen model for about a year and a half it was terrible must of had it in the shop at least 4 or 5 times about the ac compressor it just wouldn't stay cold and I live in Alberta canada it doesn't get that hot here GM is still king of trucks always has been and probably always will be
Ram makes really reliable vehicles! They make the most reliable transmissions zf8 and motors pentastar hemi. They make the nicest interior and suspensions. Great trucks.
LMAO. GM king of trucks. Not no more my friend. Haven’t you heard and seen all the issues they are having? Ram even has better reliability then them in the last 8 years. Sorry you had issues with your Ram but mine has been flawless.
Nice vid…. There would only be one thing I hate about TRX. Fuel. Lol. Sure ya heard that a million times. Here in Manitoba 🇨🇦 Gas just went up to 189.9 a Litre. That would be close to 7-8 bucks a gallon. Ya stupid already. I own a 2019 Longhorn Ram. It has been a great great truck. First Ram ever. Had Ford and GM. Ram is my choice of truck. Cheers👍🇨🇦
Gas prices are soaring right now!! I can’t believe it’s that much up in Manitoba!! I’m glad you’re loving the truck you own right now, and hope you stop back by the channel in the future! Working on putting out another video tomorrow!
Noooo, in my opinion, Hennessy is overpriced and they have some very very bad stories about them. However, I do like the way you think, and I have been thinking about more power!!!!
If you ever do anything, have the work done by SRT Autoworks. They are near me I'm AZ and their work is incredible. I have seen quite a few of their TRX builds and demon builds around and everyone swears by them. Probably where I will take mine. It only has 105 miles on it so far though 😂
