Unfortunately, hitting a plateau is a part of most peoples weight loss journey. I am attempting to end my plateau with a 10,000 steps a day challenge! Join me as I take 10k steps a day in the right direction!

I'm probably facing the same thing😒my problem is just sitting all day after a workout session & not move that much. Now I walk for about 5 minutes after every 30 minutes if i'm sitting or standing for too long. I walk around the yard or inside the house. I started doing this a week ago, I found it helpful for me. Keep it up lady with your family🥰😇👏👏, let's keep pushing💪😁🥰

I’m started a 10,000 step challenge for everyday in September. It’s day 14 and fallen short 3 times. Not perfect but a huge improvement. You can do it try not to beat yourself up. Try some Magnesium to help relax ur muscles & improve sleep. Also some epsom salt baths.

Hey, You’re doing a great job but if you want to get out the plateau you’re going to have to get your heart rate up whilst doing steps….just doing 10000 steps in any enough, you need to make sure you’re heart rate is up for it to be worth while and for you to drop the weight you want. I used to do strolls and no weight would come off. However with my heart rate up boom 140lbs gone in 19 months with IF. Once you lose some pounds you’ll be able to up your activity too but it’s a great start.

It's important to me to have balance. I get my heart rate up early in the day with heavy lifting, Elliptical, and a stepper. In the evening, I prefer to keep my heart rate lower in order to improve my sleep quality. But thank you for sharing your experience it may come in handy in the future.

I agree I have a rebounder that I use instead of jogging. I also put a virtual walking video on to keep going

I’m late to the party, but I’m going to start today for the next 30 days.😅. I’m not much of a “walk outside” person (allergies!), but I have a treadmill and will use YT walk at home videos (growwithjo, Brian Syuki, Walk at Home, Body for Days by Jerrika, etc). I will be walking and watching you! 🏃🏿‍♀️😊

I got it done, but I realized that I definitely need to strategize to make sure I reach my daily goal. I’m pretty sedentary and don’t work outside my home, so I really have to be intentional.
