As a woman, be cautious: estrogen LOVE fasting, but progesterone hate this. So fasting is very good, but stop a few days before your periods to let progesterone be high enough to do its job.
I just started a modified version. I fast three days out of the week but not consecutively. It’s actually more than 72 hours so I can’t wait to do my first weigh in

Keep us posted I’m sure those pounds are falling off. I prefer to walk outside and get and get a dose of sunshine. I try to walk two or three miles in the morning and 1 or two after I eat dinner to walk the food down.
