so glad you released this, i just came back to wow and have mained hpal in pvp for over a decade and its really feelin big mid this season but still feels great on cata
hpal actually can feel good in certain comps, aka things like spriest/boomkin/ww just classes with reliable cooldowns. Would be about impossible to heal something like a hunter.
The big tip . Im 2475 rn in RSS Only use WOG if u have 2 stacks of dusk and down buff. 60% plus healing in a WOG If u dont have it just spam FOL and HS Get addon to track it WA or Power aura 1 FOL with infusion inside arena no crit 180k 1 WOG no crit no proc - 148k 1 wog no crit 60% proc 250k This is only viable if u have 30% + c rit inside arena , i sugest 35% inside arena
Yeah my pally ended 2700 last season in shuffle and i've just been avoiding sweating 2500+ mmr games from 0 CR. i do have those weak auras, but i only use the FOL procs to show for mana purposes. The wog buff is kind of overkill, sure you can kinda pool it up while someone's full health but coming out of CC just not ganan be worried about optimizing that 2 stack, especially for what it is. As far as stats go, i think a mix of stuff can work. ESPECIALLY in shuffle (i used to have pallies with 2% verse and run full haste crit mastery).
There needs to be mana interactions for efficiently using Holy Power because at this point there is almost no point in using WoG even with the buff. Hell if WoG isn’t gonna heal for a lot then it should at least not come with a mana cost
WOG totally garbage. I only use WOG if i dont have any HS and got unllucky with no infusion procs. or if im getting trained by zug zugers Most of the time in arena im with 5 holy power. HS to get infusion > FOL, FOL > HS repeat. If i dont have charges i use divine t. 2415 at SS rn . Avriam - Stormrage if wanna see talents
Yeah thats kinda the only thing to remember vs woog vs flash. All those wogs willl add up, especialy if your taking barrier of faith to oom you faster than youd think ... and other healers dont oom..lol
definitely times u can pull of flash spamming, depends on what ur facing in shuffle. Wizard dampeners that dont leave the pillar yeah, but something like dh/dk and micro CC ganna be rough. But again, shuffle is a complete shitshow of a bracket detatched on how arena should be played, and has this mindset of "if you dont die, youll win" rather than actually playing the game correctly and snag kills, its a bunhc of monkeys waiting til the dampening timer gets high enough where there lack of skill rather, snags them a skill.
Well, it sure seems like that. But then again, i can say i've gottten glad on pally every season since mid legion AND ITS ALMOST NEVER BEEN A FOTM S TIER HEALER DURING THAT PERIOD. we like the struggle. While everyone rerolls the most fotm op shit for a chance at glad, there are those who will make it work. really makes that flag of ownership sting a little when you lose to a C tier healer like hpal as a pres or hpriest lmao.
