Brandon (8/4D) should have shoved on the turn to pressure Daniel (1S/1D)into having to pay for that 5th diamond on the river. But it's easier when you get to see the cards.
I personally would’ve shoved that turn knowing another diamond would consider my hand nearly dead. The problem is any two pair hand, a gut shot with a diamond draw, or set is all going ti call anyways, so he played it safe check calling and seeing that River. He lost the minimum for sure. @@logansmith4690 IDK, if you shove, you're basically saying "my flush draw got there", so you're telegraphing a flush to a guy that either has to pair the board to hit a boat or a diamond to hit the nut flush. You think that's a snap with a set of aces?
