I'm Fran, I’m an Italian Cake Designer and I love to share my work online so that I can help people all over the world who has my same passion for cakes and cake toppers making.
First, I started playing around thanks to a book that I bought for a friend of mine during Christmas time, then I went to a college in Eastbourne (UK).
After coming back to Italy, I still try to attend as many workshops online and off-line, as I know that there is always room for improvement 💪🏻
I have an Italian RU-vid Channel as well: "Francesca Sugar Art" bit.ly/2d0ASHu but because many asked me to translate in English as well, here I am with this English channel too.
P.S.: I never given the book back to my friend as I loved it too much, but I bought her another one

How do you make the eyelashes so thin and attach them so well next to the eyes? I find it bery hard to do this with fondant :(

How to store topper after making them ? N when to make them on day of cake delivery or ?

I always try to make the topper at least a week in advance even though sometimes I don't have time so I end up doing it one day before. You have to store them at room temperature. Never in the fridge as it's too humid
