This is a great Scene,allows the mind to invent some of the wildest rides,and you can be as individual as YOU want,no fashion to follow,brilliant. Thanks for posting. My 84 Ranger is awaiting its new small block motor,the body is done,bare metal and bubble arched. To be continued 👍

My last build was a twin turbo 54 cadillac rat rod. It's on my channel I just started. Pulled it from a field and built it in 30 days.

Well I guess "Rat Rods" have changed somewhat. Now it seems that the idea is to make the vehicle look as shitty and post apocalyptical as possible. The true art of the build is gone...slap together any old crap and call it done.

There are lots of different takes on "rat rods". Some very nice hot rods are classified as rat rods, but when you have $20k in the motor, how "ratty" is it really?

completely behind you on this one man!! Naturally, people take a good thing, misinterpreted it, then taken the name and applied it to cars that only have the body rust in common with the original established genre.
