10" Andoid radio 9.0 in Chevrolet Tahoe

Im looking at a 10 inch screen for mine but i dont see how thats going to clear the column shifter. Do you have any problems with the shifter when its in drive. Is it super close to the screen?

I was just getting my 10' screen installed.. Everything worked fine but the sound was only coming from the front speakers and not all around in the car. The guy said the system was not connecting to the Amp of the car. How do I by pass that so I can hear sound from all through out. My car is a 20111 gmc acadia denali with stock Bose speakers..
