Girl get that hair lasered off!! Before it goes grey. Because once it’s grey you won’t be able to laser it off. Buy a groupon for a small area. Call the spa and make sure they will do your chin and then buy the groupon. You won’t regret it.
The most important anti aging product is spf on your face. I am 48 without a wrinkle, and never did botox or fillers. I look alot younger for my age due to wearing spf every day since I was 20. That is my secret, and what I swear by, when I get asked what I do!
That’s amazing u don’t have any wrinkles I’m 46 I can see some around my eyes 👀 I do take care of my self by exercising eating healthier But they still The there lol
I'm 39, have been wearing sunscreen since my teenage years and I do have wrinkles soo...I don't think that the lack of wrinkles is enterily due to wearing sunscreen
@@TracyCampoli I have been using castor oil under my eyes since December, and I swear I no longer have dark circles, I do - but not as much as I used to. I now mix a couple of drops in my night moisturizer and use all over my face! Great tip!
I do usual skin care routine and seal it all in with caster oil...also put it on back of hands and latex gloves...total sight when lay head on pillow but worth it 🤷♀️:)
I'll be 49 in May. It took me 23 months to grow out my gray. It wasn't a glamorous process, but it was worth it. It's actually super pretty and I get tons of compliments. You'd be surprised! It helps too that I have younger looking skin like you.
I’ve been coloring my hair for 40 years, sometimes professionally, sometimes myself, and I just got tired of a good week of hair, the touch-ups and maintenance. I finally realized that all the thought I was spending on keeping the color good and the grey roots at bay…was actually making me FEEL older. So it took me several 3 hour sessions at the salon over about 6 months, but I now have my real roots, sprinkled gray, and wonderful cool blond hair color ❤️ I go for a trim and root touch up every 8 weeks and feel wonderful every day‼️❤️✨
I recently started tinting my eyebrows and it is a game changer! My brows were getting gray and sparse. Tinting gives the appearance I still have my beautiful thick brows and saves time getting ready.
@@lisaaustin4561Yes! I learned this from Penn Smith on RU-vid. In her comments someone said they get it at the Dollar Store, so I gave that a try and it works beautifully!
I love this video! I have many of the same "anti aging" choices as you -- oh I love that Sally Hanson leg bronzer -- but I will add my silk pillowcase for keeping my face less wrinkley (and my hair looking good!), my red light panel (yes, I've noticed a difference in the quality of my facial skin--hello collagen!) and getting outside everyday for some light in my eyes to help with my circadian rhythm. With sunscreen, of course! So glad I have found you and your community! At 62 and a former Fitness instructor, I love love love your workouts!
At nearly 70 I got tired of doing my roots every 3 weeks, so I used Go Gray to wash out the dye. Now, it wasn't perfect; it turned my hair kind of a brassy orange so I used a lot of purple shampoos. And I wore a baseball cap for about 10 months. The orange gradually washed out and now my silver hair is growing in beautifully. I love silver/white hair and am happy to see it growing. I've done 14 TCA peels 4 layers each, so I got rid of my fine marionette lines, etc. Ppl always tell me how young I look.
Hey Tracy! Great video - I practice most of these tips myself. I just got the same self tanner you recommended and I love it! Also been wanting to try those Crest white strips for years but my dentist did not recommend them, not sure why because I hear so many people use them with no issues so I think I will just ignore my dentist this one time (lol). A tip I would like to share which I have been doing for about 6 months now - face bath with ice water every morning. I believe this has contributed to my skin feeling a little tighter and brighter, not to mention a great way to boost your energy first thing in the morning - also in the shower, just before I end my shower I turn the nozzle to full cold for a count of 10. It really wakes you up! Thanks for sharing these great tips 😊💕
The Sally Hansen Airbrush legs can be used on arms? Also, if anyone wants to try a great mask for helping with melasma issues try Yeast (packaged) Bit of warm water Make it to the consistency YOU like.. Apply neck, chest and face, Dries in seconds.. Try twice a week IT WORKS!! Diligence is key though
Thanks for your new video Tracy! I’m not ready for gray hair as well! 🙈😂 Since it only grows in very few spots, it’s not yet a big challenge for me to manage it and can be discreetly blended with various shades of blond highlights. I also have the feeling that I have less gray hair since I started taking collagen daily.
Tracy! I don’t like the super goop glow on my face either but have you tried the RMS SPF 30 radiance serum in the shade light aura? It’s not shimmery glowy but is like a soft filter for the skin. Sooooo gorg!!!
lol! “Oh man those are some brows”!! Cracked me up! I’ve used nose hair clippers for years now! There’s just no reason for those icky hairs poking out!! Love your videos!
Girl I love you - we’d be besties if we lived near each other because our personalities are exactly alike. Thanks for the videos! Super great advice as I come of age! ❤
I am fair & don't tan so after years of self tanning, I gave up by 50 & just bronze my face & neck. I have been using DRMTLGY Universal or Physical Sunscreen SPF 40 plus as my moisturizer after serum & eye cream. (I did order Serum 1 to try; looking forward to receiving it). I love all the recommendations from the drug store. I use similar products from Merit Beauty. Now that I am back on TBT, I have been working on everything so back on the HRT to see if that helps with the youthful look (because I'm 56 with no Botox, no filler but am curious because I am starting to see my age but i was not well for about a year but I am back on the good health train again). Loving the new content, Tracy!
Love this video! Like the things you would only share with your BFF! Appreciate the honesty Tracy! But 1 question with the Goop glow screen you said you did not like it on your face as much anymore. What is a good one to use?
I use the root sprays too, for the same concerns. But never tried Rita's...already in my Amazon cart, thank you!! I'm sorry to say to all the ladies who gave in to the gray, but it immediately ages a woman 10 yrs no matter how good you look. Unless you're in your 20's-30's and doing it for fun...no way Hose!!! My mom is 76 & still colors her hair blonde & will till she passes on!!
Great tips here, many I follow and some new to me !! Wish I could dye my roots, unfortunately I have very resistant grays, so I must visit the salon monthly (!
Sensodyne toothpaste is very helpful for tooth sensitivity with whitening strips. I use it as my standard toothpaste now and no more tooth sensitivity. I use something like the crest ones. It’s a generic brand I get on Amazon and they are more affordable and work great.
I don’t agree with the ANTI ageing concept. Why would we want to go AGAINST a normal process? I am in favor of taking care of myself and aging in the most healthy way possible, but I believe we have to be careful with the words we use to describe this. I am grateful for the tips and information you give, I’m just trying to be mindful of the way we refer to our aging process.
Wow! I am so happy to have found your channel! You have the same exact outlook that I have about what looks good and what doesn't and I absolutely love all of your recommendations! I have been caught up in the Retin-A, Tretenoin, Vitamin C etc. serum merry go round and have been told it's the best thing you can do for your skin even though you have to put up with periodic flaky skin...why?? Anyway, I am going to try the plant based face food you recommend and the face wash. It's pricey but with your discount, that's not so bad and with everything else I've tried, probably the price comes out the same! Please keep the videos coming, they are "spot on" as they say!
These r great tips. There’s nothing embarrassing about keeping yourself up & practicing good hygiene. IMO, if you’re not doing the things that u mentioned, plus or minus the tan, u need to b. Your face is the first thing people look at when they look at u. People would be shocked at how white u can get your teeth w/Crest White strips. My daughter started using the Crest whitening mouthwash and the results were insane and I’m a Dental Assistant. Nobody ever mentions the mouthwash and even being in dentistry for all these years, I had no idea how good it was.
As someone with naturally dark brown hair, at 49 my greys pop up like mushrooms after the rain 😂I can get maybe 2 weeks between root touch ups. I have become an expert root colorist as I refuse to go to the salon twice a month for touch ups. I buy professional hair dye &developer, and for about $100 per year I do my hair every few weeks saving myself hundreds of dollars by not visiting the salon. As far as random hairs omg where do I start 🤦🏼♀️I wake up some days and there is random dark hair on the side of my face, absolutely mortifying (I’m also on bio identical hormones) but I don’t want to turn into a man, my husband calls my chin hairs a goat beard 😂😂😂wow aging sure is fun 😁🙄
I hate my white hairs, they are not silver or gray. I am low maintenance and did not want to have to dye my hair. I am so happy with demi permanent hair dye! It does not cover completely but tones my white hairs to blonde... it fades out after approximately 30 washes. I love this option. I can maintain it at home and it's so cheap
Enjoyed this video! Question, what shade do you use on the self-tanner? Medium to dark is what popped up as the highlighted option on Amazon, but wanted to confirm. And yes, the unwanted hair is no bueno!
Hi Tracy, thank you for sharing all your knowledge, I have a question have you tried to dye your eyelashes? I also started to see some little gray on my eyelashes. Thank you!😊
Hi and thank you I wonder if you put botox and thank you ,49 I am 50 ok I lose 70 pounds but could you please give some advices i will not put botox what natural botox can I use? thanks
I used to pluck my grays a few years ago, because I absolutely abhorred gray hair. I'm 52 now and kinda like them. There's only a half a handful but I call them my gray highlights😅
Why do sleep masks always make my eyes puffy and older looking each morning, no matter how silky, or expensive they are? Ive used 10 different kind and all make my eyes puffy.
Hello, in one of your videos there was a product that you put in the corner of your mouth, between your gum and cheek, what was the product? I think it was a gum or tablet of some sort. Thank you.
It’s around $1000k to get what they recommend. Not needed. God has given us the youth and beauty maintenance solution in the Bible! Praise God! Look at the healthy oils and your kitchen cabinet for the same great results!
I feel like there is so much more maintenance in menopause! 😅 I think drinking more water and moisturizing are key as well. No one wants dry, crepe skin. It's tough being a woman! 😂
I am interested in your TBT program but I could not find any customer support to contact you about my questions. Please let me know how to reach you or your team.
Recently discovered your channel and sooo love your videos. I am not much behind you age wise and all the little tips are very useful. For gray hair or rather against gray hair I have a piece of advise to share, maybe it can help someone. I am taking PABA which is a B vitamin, and it seems to help prevent the greying of the hair. Thanks God mid Forties I still do not have any grey hairs at all. I once stopped taking my PABA for a few months as I ran out and forgot about it and low and behold suddenly two three eyebrow hairs were white. I was in shock. I plucked them and directly ordered a new bottle of PABA and thankfully they grew back brown like they used to be, not white. So for me thats an indication that it truly is effective. And my brothers wife swears by rinsing her hair with potato water (the water that you boil your potatoes in and usually discard).. she is in her mid Fifties and so far not a single white hair. Would have to do some research why exactly that works, maybe the water has catalase in it or not sure.
