I love that u done another cookbook especially for little ones My girls aren’t little anymore 19,13 & 9 yrs but if they where this would work amazing Now I just share to mummy friends who have little ones.

How do you not have a million subscribers yet? You always give the best tips and tricks. My daughter is 11, yet I watched this video because your videos bring me peace and help me destress 💗, plus I love watching Sage too. She is so sweet 🥰. I wish I knew how to help your channel grow because you deserve it and people could benefit from watching so it's a win-win.

Thanks for the great tips! I will only be starting solids with my little one in about a month but I already learned a lot. One little thing regarding frozen berries: in Germany we get warned from the doctors to not give any frozen food that has only been thawed to a baby/pregnant/immune suppressed person as they can container many germs. So we cook berries etc till bubbling in the microwave or on the stovetop bevore using

Great tips! 👏🏼 Something we do for my 8 month old is put a bunch of red lentils and veggies in the instant pot with coconut milk and some unsalted peanut butter, diced tomatoes, turn that on for 4 min, super easy!!

3:02 literally just put the frozen brussel sprouts and squash in the pan to cook, while baby naps. This is so great. Keep doin your thing ma'am.

Just bought the book!!! Im excited to start cooking! I took the HHE course you talked about and it was so helpful!! My first child had low iron at one and now my second has very healthy iron!!!

the cup displayed at 7:40 also helps to encourage the pincer grasp! my son had delays due to medical treatment/genetic predisposition, and his therapist suggested I use the cup to help force him to have to use that pincer grasp. :) great video/great tips!

The frozen food to cool down is great. I often add frozen peas to savoury things that are too hot like pasta and stuff.

I love a prepped food like canned pumpkin or silken tofu, unsweetened applesauce to mix into my baby's meals, saves so much cooking time so I can prep other things like brown rice, veggies, and beans

Great video 👏🏻 I have found Bananas have a natural three way split down the middle so I split them longs ways by sticking my fingers in it and pulling it apart and they are a rougher texture for little hands 👐🏻

I sometime add a spoonful of organic plain yogurt to my LOs hot cereal to cool it down, i have also done the frozen berry hack works like a charm! Great tips, thank you!

Hi! I've been watching your videos for awhile and they are super helpful for a first time mom. You mentioned linking your favourite freeze dried fruits but I can't seem to find them. I'm in Canada too, so I find some products difficult to find.

Thanks to you, my 9 month old preemie is literally at regular weight for his age! They said it wouldn't happen til he is atleast 2 years old. He's not picky at all, he loves to eat fresh fruits & veggies! & I can't wait to see what else you have in store because you give so much info on this channel! Also I love sagey! 🥰

Ohh super cool i found this! We are at 10 months, but we had a bit harder start than the rest with solid food. Our diet was very very basic and now since some belly/allergy issues are slowly under control and my baby ( AND ME ) sleep longer than 30min, we are ready to eat eat eat eaaaaat :) Very nice tips i will go straight away to your book! Now i have actually some time to read it ufffff. This baby, oh man, its a real challange, im so happy we made it to 10months without anyone dying xD 5 people were taking care of him.. Like a real royal care xD

mango pits are big (at least look for big ones) and its super hard so they cant crack it but use your best judgement always

I got the cookbook because I wanted a smoothie that was actually good (to me), and I can't get enough of it!!! Hopefully this helps to bring in a good milk supply for when baby is born in April :)

Question- I went to order early & it says billing address, but my billing address isn't the same as where I need it shipped 😅 when I hit pay now will I be able to choose where it ships then? Hello! I'm considering buying the baby cookbook but my baby is almost 12 months. He doesn't have puree anymore but I'd still like recipes for him. I'd rather only finger foods, oatmeal etc. Any suggestions? I'd like to get my bang for my buck so I'm not sure if to purchase the baby book which will be some finger foods and some puree!

FYI for hemp hearts in the us, I tried to donate milk and they wouldn’t accept it because I had been eating hemp hearts. I’d never heard of that before

Does roasting frozen vegetables taste the same as roasting fresh? My daughter loves her roasted veggies, especially asparagus and green beans

Freezing can change the texture of certain veggies like the ones you mentioned. They tend to get mushier but root veggies and squashes do well from frozen to roasting I find

When it comes to cheerios, I’d just give her actual “Cheerios” - way more iron (like 40% compared to 4% of daily iron in a serving) and same amount of sugar!

While pregnant I cooked in a cast iron pan and still became anemic so I wouldn't rely on that

I love frozen veggies and fruit, but unfortunately, they are not safe to be consumed if simply thawed. They can contain germs if they weren't washed very thouroughly at the manufaturer's, and there have been such cases in the past.

Love your channel and I am sure you know what you are talking about but in our European countries, it is NOT recommended to ROAST baby food because : - not much is left of the food vitamins after a certain amount of time in the oven - Toxins are produced in the areas where the food gets black Boiling food is best!

Babies iron needs do not increase at 6 months, this is a myth! What actually happens is they run out of the iron stores they have from birth. The CDC has guidance on this.
