Soon there will be a major shift in my life. I already have anger, frustration issues with a moderate social anxiety so I decided to give it a try. Currently I am focusing on my breathing with a sweet mediation music. I am doing it since 10 days for 30 mins at night and in the morning. Let's see how it works but watching your video inspired me to do it without skipping a day!

@@rohit2639 yeah doing it consistently. Apart from that doing yoga too since few days And already seeing the difference. That difference is not so major but I am more focused, less lethargic. I know when I am in bad mood and I know why I am in bad mood ( due to overthinking) and I try to think what needs my attention at this moment. So yeah these are the improvements I did and I am proud of myself.

@@rohit2639 first 3 days were like torture than everything was going good. I cried a lot on my 5th day and after that I got some clarity. Overthinking, negative thoughts, anger has reduced a lot. I am not addicted to tea anymore. I don't check my phone often. Practicing it at home for 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour at night.
