As a returning player, THIS is what I needed. I haven't completed the game yet but I have expensive gear (BIS range) and I'm max lvl. I'm currently doing the quest for the spells like smoke cloud, animate dead, etc.
Ilujankan from zaros/dragonrider lance and shadow components from sliske gear, zammy and sara components from warpriest pieces/mjolnirs are pretty much the main things to grab
Get 85 for ancient invention. You can boost to it for plus 17 with extreme invention potions so you only need 68. No point in doing perks before then because it's expensive to try and get decent ones which you will soon just remove for better ones. When you first get ancient invention you will be able to get good enough perks for about 15 to 20 percent DPS increase. Get the top single perks you can get cheaply. For example precise 6, equilibrium 2 or 3. At 99 upgrade to equilibrium 4 And get all the best top single perks. At 120 get the best dual perks you can get without breaking the bank
I highly recommend getting scavenger and looting for free stuff in the time being of gathering perks, you can get a to. Of free rare materials from them
yea, him and silenced just recycle the same thing over and over. its just sad that quantity > quality. cant really blame him tho, we would do the exact same thing if we're in his position. Its gonna get clicks regardless, because his target audience is 99% casuals, so why make actual content? its better to just put in the lowest amount of effort possible and get that money.

Quick note on tier 90 weapons, for melee specifically the t85 dual wields the dark ice shard and the dark ice sliver are generally considered better than the t90 drygore weaponry. This is because having at least one of them allows you to use the ability 'hurricane' while dual wielding (normally a 2h only ability) and with both equipped, hurricane and destroy no longer share a cooldown, giving you access to stronger dps rotations. At the very least, you should be using the offhand, even with a stronger weapon like the t92 abyssal scourge and they cost about the same as drygores anyway.

corruption abilitys are great at slayer mobs. even better with book of death. nothing like insta killing an elite soulgazer that just spawned by corruption blast spread
One great thing about unlocking abilities or unlocking untradeable items is that you don't have to worry about losing them to a lure or a hack. I know that most people don't worry about these sorts of things, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't ever happen. Another Runescape RU-vidr just raised awareness about a lure, which is what made me think of this aspect of some things.

Its ~13mil+ profit per hour while training agility which is pretty damn good. If you're going for an untradeable one it's worth 20mil+ an hour while training agility Totally worth it. I earned my own double surge in 6-7 hours
I’m at the “buy 4x Praesul Codices” part of my upgrade journey and I hate it😂😂 Luckily, I bought one about a month before the necromancy reveal and the price skyrocket so I at least have the magic curse. I’ll gladly wait for the price to settle before committing to the other three
Why not tell the lower levels how to get Double surge/Escape? if you're planning on traning agility, I highly suggest at level 85 I'd like to say do to Dino island Anachronia. There you can train your agility by doing laps and after eacj full laps which takes about 9-10 minutes you get 10 pages. with 750 needed to make a codex page, as well as decent agility XP if you wanna save some gold for another upgrade, I would suggest that route.
@@ramikassouf1822 On don't get me wrong I know this, as I said the 750 because he mentioned the tradable one and I've gotten both Codexis, its information like this that would come in handy if let's say an IM is watching his guide. He mention LOTR and the GOTE, and again stating that it good but its a chuck of money. I think its 80m for LOTD and 70M for GOTE both since he's saying are high end item, he could mention that it needs 107 invention to make an onyx into an alchemic onyx and the required components to make it. There if an IM is watching this video, they now know 2 things. 1) what the LOTD/GOTE elf does. 2) How to create the LOTD/GOTE and 3) a goal to set for. Yes again, I know that you can go to the wiki and figure these things out, but it again shows that to me, he's either leaving out key information because he just doesn't know, which is fine because there's a slew of things out there that I don't even know that I have to look up. Or two, he just thinks that people will just straight up buy the item or not to buy the item when there's a way to grind and further your account, IE the codex. Sure Priff will be 100x better xp wise, but if you decide to to the laps via Dino island, you're taking longer, yes, but you're also progressing your account by getting these codex pages to get the double surge/escape.
01: level 90+ weapons - definitely need to get some of these at some point. But first I have to get good at PvM. 02: mazcab codecies - I'll also need this one. But I can't afford these LOL 03: double surge - I've put this one off. This one is on me for procrastinating 04: invention perks - I go all in on these for skilling. Should do the same for combat, probably. 05: GOTE/LOTD: I have GOTE and passive LOTD. I'm probably going to shoot for dark variants at some point. 06: elder overloads: I've got loads of these in prep for when I start PvM, also going for 200M herblore as I make mire 07: enhanced Excalibur - I never go anywhere without it 08: cinderbane gloves - best in slot? Good to know. 09: grimoire - currently use the sliske mask, but I'll try to get a grimoire 10: greater abilities - I've been wanting these for awhile. Gotta save up for these. Cheers mate! Hey so I’m playing RuneScape and I have 99 in a few things however I still find myself in the wiki 99% of the time for everything and 99% of the time watching a RU-vid quest guide because I got no clue what I’m doing . I guess my question here is what is your recommendation to learning RuneScape the best I can so I can start to know exactly what I need to do / upgrade and what does what. Instead of having to sit on the wiki for majority of the game?
You'll always use the wiki a bit, but find a group to play with who you can learn from or with. A good clan would be an example, or just a friends group. Figure out what you enjoy and learn around that, and you have a better chance of retaining the information as well.
Failed rolls on Hazelmere rings are vecna skulls (which I've gotten 6 times now without rings ) You can also grab the LoTD relic to use grace, it and also get the pontifex shadow ring's improved arch buff while keeping the chance of signet which is great if you're afking. Also worth mentioning enchanced excalibur effect is doubled and lasts longer if you do Elite Seers taskset and you get a defence boost which helps a bit during a few battles and the Rejuvenate ability restores health and stats which could help in some situations
blurberry special's the misroll for an HSR with T4 luck, cheese+tom batta is a roll for an HSR without T4 luck, and the vecna skull is just a rare item from the RDT that requires T4 luck.
