I am 51 and have MS. I have to exercise when I can, so I can keep my strength up. Lifting weights hasn't been helping me, but your resistance band workouts are. And they are SO much more challenging than the weights. Thank you for your workouts; they are changing my quality of life.

Hi yes they are great as I use to go gym myself but 2 year ago I did my shoulder cuff in so the bands have given me a more strength

Wow. Great specific explanation on proper form for each exercise. You are one of the best that I have ever come across explaining proper/CORRECT form. I got into bands years ago because I was able to get more out of a band workout, with proper form, than I did going to the gym slinging around heavier weight than I should..With bands, I have the convenience of doing a quick set or two in my garage. There are too many rocked up muscle heads on RU-vid just showing off their physique , who do a poor job of explaining precise body mechanics..More importantly, they don’t focus on where one should FEEL the stress of the exercise which is paramount in knowing that one is doing the exercise correctly. For instance, mentioning hand/ wrist rotation is an important trick to get into proper form that most people leave out of their videos. GREAT JOB. Bro. I will subscribe. BTW. Another great RU-vidr is Jeff at AthlenX. He is cut so you can see exactly which muscles should be working during each exercise. I trust him because he is a Physical Therapist too.

These are great and well compiled into a single clip.Really helpful for crafting a workout. Can you post links to a similar version of a back workout and a shoulder workout? maybe arms variations as well? Thanks and appreciate during social distancing times!

I’ve been doing 3 sets of 15 reps from three of the exercises and feel great, I’ll add the others in a few months as I’ve just started using bands.

FINALLY! A chest workout at home with Bands. Thank you so much. Excited I found you. I prefer bands over weights. Was gym rat n trainer 30+ years. Injury changed my routine. Now with the virus gig, and gyms closed, I am relearning what I knew worked with Bands. Large muscle groups I'm interested? Shoulders, Back, Legs and Chest which you covered. I bought one of those sets a while ago and the instruction sheet was very poor. This is the first place which uses these exclusively and shows good detail. I'll be tuning in for more. Thanks, you have been very helpful.

Oh, fantastic! My apartment is tiny and the studs are deep, so it is challenging to mount anything on the wall (and it's preferred that I do not by management). I was looking for how to do exercises without anchors. Much appreciated.

I can't seem to isolate my chest when doing these. It always gets to my arms or shoulders no matter how hard I try and focus on my chest.

good stuff thanks~ for a regular regimen do you recommend doing all of these consecutively with 30 sec rest in between or something? And repeat 2-3 times? Or pull a few out and focus on those? Don't want to overwork and ultimately not accomplish anything. thanks man

Something I discovered during today's workout, regarding 2:45 Wide Stance Low Crossover, at the contraction point, I twisted my wrist so my knuckles face forward, and I feel like I was able to contract just a little more. Try it out.

I like being outside . When You go for a walk or jog you can put the bands on your should to do triceps or on you back to chest while walking . Just wrap the bands around your hand to the desired tension. You can also stop at a tree and use it for an anchor.
